Ordered on september 8 just 1 fitted hat for my son. Almost 3 months and nothing yet. Just 1 item and they cant fulful that. Messaged them twice through their customer service email, once on their website and once on their facebook. Have reciepts to prove it!! zero customer service response, zero answers, zero refund. Do not do business with these people.

This company is a scam. The people who give positive responses on here must be working for the company. I ordered two football tops in October they kept saying they had a problem with there ordering system, so I asked for my money back. They never gave me my money back in fact they tried to get money money from my PayPal account. Anyway I got my money back via PayPal.

I have been having ongoing problems with an order from rpea that I placed on 30 August.
I told them right from the beginning that I was leaving Australia on 10/09/25. Not only did I have to organise shipment to me in nz because they were late with the order, but I had asked for our grandsons favourite players name (McKenzie), printed on the back. The shirts I got had McKenzike printed. Their community has been terrible. They want me to buy another 2 shirts and they’ll give us the other two for free! I am out for $165.78 now and they won’t accept any responsibility.
Please? Can you help?

I requested quotes from Wooter and another company. Wooter immediately reached out for clarification and information. Jordan explained the process and kept me posted on the status at every step. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get customized and personalized jerseys. The Jerseys get complimented every time we wear them.

They did such a great job designing our girls soccer warmups! We love them and they were so fast thank you! Can’t wait to send a team pic.
