In a world were customer service is an after thought, Wooter came through with excellence. Seamless process with great communication throughout. Don't be that your only communication will be impersonal through emails. I had multiple phone conversations and texts until the project was perfect.

Mark and the designer were great help, patient, and had good communication. First order had only a small issue and they corrected it asap. colors and details were accurate!

It was a pleasure working with Alex. He was very patient with our many questions and how we changed our minds a couple of times. We never had to wait long for his responses, as he was very timely in getting back to us. And most importantly our jerseys came out GREAT! Everyone was really happy with them and even had other employees ask about joining the team so that they could get their own.

Buyers beware! Going into the second weekend without our Jersey’s for our footballs teams. Promised delivery before the season started two weeks ago! Our league officials are having to tie the heat from your in ability to supply the jerseys you promised. Not only have you not delivered them you refuse to answer calls and give an explanation. Why should anyone ever use your company for apparel? If you can’t deliver what you promised and aren’t ethical enough to talk to the league officials who trusted you then you should not be in business. And don’t try and use the inability to hire employees to support your orders. If that’s the case you knew this when you accepted the order. Hopefully our league officials and others who want their items in a be timely manner as promised will no longer use you company!

GREAT uniform design, HORRIBLE post order service.

With Wooter's design help, we made some fantastic baseball uniforms for our 10U fall ball team. We went with home and away jerseys, along with custom knickers.

The jerseys are excellent, they're spot on in size and the quality is good. In 4 games so far, EVERY SINGLE TEAM we've played asked how we did what we did. I have told each of them at this point to stay away because of my experience.

The knickers look great, but the sizes all seemed off. When we finally heard back from someone at support, we were asked to measure and send pics of the pants back to them. We did immediately. That was 8 days ago.

All of the pants sizes were off by a 1/2 inch to a full inch from the waist and inseam sizes they advertise in their size charts. They claim on they site that their uniforms are true to size and sometimes even run large.

At least one pair had belt loops rip after a player squatted in them because of how tight they were - no fix coming for those.

When I first asked Anthony Rescigno (the laughable President of Sales) how to order a single pair (I thought a parent was originally at fault) I was answered in about 2.5 hours. I haven't heard from him since. His support team has responded three times to my multiple emails.

Nothing is getting done. DO NOT ORDER from them and expect any help post sale.

I ordered new team uniforms over a year ago. I did not want shorts only jerseys. They charge me for shorts and jerseys and refused to refund the money for the shorts. Not only that they are extremely difficult to get in touch with and get anybody on the phone, including the CEO. When we could finally get in touch with someone, they were very unprofessional and were not willing to refund us our money. This organization is a scam and completely unprofessional. If I could give it a rating lower than zero I absolutely would if you care about how business is done and getting your moneys worth do not use this company. We still do not have the money that is owed to us and it has been over a year and a half since the transaction happened.
