Best Equipment I’ve ever owned!
Work Van Equipment is THE BEST. Hands, down - no question. My Plumbing/HVAC Company will never buy from anyone else. They helped me get a replacement truck fitted & road ready ASAP. And even when hurdles presented themselves Barb M. went above & beyond to help. The quality of the units & accessories I purchased (Kargo Master) are far and away the nicest & best designed I’ve used in my 35+ years contracting. There are certainly cheaper options (& over the years I’ve tried them all) but this equipment was worth the money. Treating customers with honesty & fairness is how I run my business and it is how Work Van Equipment treated me. Their customer knowledge, care and company support is second to none. Barb, you are a rock star! Thanks Again!!

Good sturdy shelves
Good sturdy shelves. Installation instructions could be clearer. More like a universal fit product than vehicle specific. Alot of modifying the install instructions to get them in. I installed myself, it would be easier with 2 people. It took me approx. 4 hours to install 2 sets of shelves.

We always appreciate and learn from the feedback we receive from our customers. We noticed your order was placed and shipped within 3 business days. We provided tracking information on Nov 16, 2021 and see the ETA is set for December 1, 2021 as shown on the carriers website. We also noted you emailed us today to ask for an update on your order and a reply was sent within minutes. Holiday seasons can cause delays; its something we have no control over. Still, we apologize you feel this way and thank you for your time in sharing your experience.

I placed an order on-line for a ladder…
I placed an order on-line for a ladder rack. A few hours later I realized I ordered the wrong size so I sent them an email explaining what happened. The next morning I get a call from them saying no problem we got your email and will make the change. I received my rack eight days later and it fits great.
