The idea is good, but the execution needs more work.
The design is good, but the execution was not. I ordered fixed shelves, but the instructions are for sliding shelves only, and they do not assemble the same way. The tool they sent to install rivet nuts needs a grade 8 bolt, and the one they sent didn't last long. I had to create a tool to hold the small plastic spacers during installation, which need to be a little thicker because the parts bend before they get tight. They need to ship in crates because my order came with a lot of bent parts, and I was not home when they arrived to reject the shipment. I only needed four working sliding shelves out of the ten I got, so that worked out okay. I was short on a few bolts and had tons of extra other bolts. Once everything was installed, I love the shelves, but getting them there will require a ton of patience. Next time, I think I'll order the stuff and send it in the van for them to install so they can experience the frustration, because that's the best way to learn to do better.

The best vendor for your build!
I contacted the WVE team originally to get a quote on one part of our new build and found they had the most competitive pricing. Through the experience, we also found they had the best customer service we've ever received! Barbara addressed all of our questions and communicated all the details of our order in a timely fashion. Fast-forward, we've placed several orders with WVE and they've become our one-stop shop for van needs.
