The true test of a company's customer service is how they handle problems. When I reported a slight delay with the shipping company to Work Van Equipment, Yahel took charge and managed the situation until my items were delivered. You could tell she actually cared about solving the issue and I have to say she went above and beyond!

They were great to work with! Good communication with a rather large order. Will use them for more work truck upfits.

Ordered online on Sunday evening. Received a phone call Monday morning. Went over what I wanted and ordered product. Receive product promptly. Very easy to install. Second time making a order with this company and will do it again. Thanks for everything.

When I called to ask for equipment differences and what would work best for me, the staff on the phone was very knowledgable and kind. She worked well with me and was able to easily answer all my equipment questions.

Shipping went well and the product works great! Description fit my needs. Better pictures online may help buyers in the future. I was nervous because of I didn’t see a picture of one fully installed with a ladder on it.

It was a very good experience, I had a question regarding the product, if it was what I need for the van, I called and spoke with Barbara that point me to the wright product and walk me to all the steps, it was a quick turn around from purchase to receiving.

Delivery was a couple days longer than expected but it was drop shipped and not the fault of Work Vans. My salesperson kept me up to date daily with shipping details until the parts arrived . Good work!

I bought the shelving package for my 2021 Sprinter from Work Van equipment and the process was simple and quick. I needed to modify the package and they were very accomodating. The order arrived within days of ordering.

Fast delivery, high quality products and good packaging, delivery guy was so friendly and moved big pallet next to my garage, to me their prices and deals was better than other vendors, highly recommended.

WVE palletized and wrapped my Ranger Cargo+ and ratchet straps in 3 large and 4 small boxes.
Ordered on 05/19 and lift gate delivered intact by Oak Harbor Freight 05/23.

The Ranger Cargo + however was hell to assemble. The description states 2 hour assembly. It took me that long to figure out what parts went where.
Instructions are useless for attaching the feet to the lugs on the ProMaster roof.
Part #s in the booklet were completely different from part #s on the hardware packages.
Parts listed were not included in the assembly instructions.
I finally figured out how it all went together, but certain part orientations were not shown anywhere so there was some guess work involved.
The instructions for the rail and crossbar connections, and the final assembly are easy to understand.
The hardware includes allen wrenches but the instructions state recommended torque settings!?
Once assembled the unit seems very substantial.
So, great reviews for WVE, Oak Harbor Freight and the Ranger Cargo+.
Terrible reviews for whoever wrote the instructions!
