I had a great experience with WVE
I had a great experience with WVE. I was given super helpful size recommendations for my specific model of van that allowed my shelving/drawers to fit perfectly with zero issues. I have everything installed now yo see that the quality surpasses expectations; I went with the Ranger Design system. Super easy install, but again the kinks were already worked out thanks to the design help from WVE customer service. I will return for future Van outfits. Thankyou for the help WVE.

The office contacted me immediately after I placed my order to let me know the shipping was actually delayed and they understood if i needed to cancel the order. the timeframe wasn't a big deal for me, and they kept me updated. then they reached back out to me to confirm shipping and lift the signature requirement. great communication and follow up with this company, i strongly recommend using them.

I love this company!!
I've ordered several ladder racks for my trucks. This company actually checks over your order and calls you to make sure you have the right sizes and parts exactly. Attention to detail, customer service, responsiveness. Stuff costs a bit but I would pay any extra for great service and peace of mind. Barbara and Gabriel were a great help.

Barb and the engineering dept. went above and beyond to assure I was getting the correct product for my needs. When I placed my order I had a few questions and sent a note while placing the order. Ranger ladder rack
We needed a ranger ladder with a butterfly system and these guys had it in stock we're willing to ship to my mechanic so that my mechanic can do the installation. Everything went really smooth and delivery came in time.

I have installed kargo master ladder…
I have installed kargo master ladder racks before but not on a Chevrolet van. The instructions are not very clear especially since the instructions contradict themselves between the rack, second drop down and mount. I eventually got it installed and I'm very happy with the finished product. I think they have improved over the last ones I installed.

Sorry,I errored on my first etemp.
There was an issue with the first 1 shipped, but they jumped on it even on the weekend to ship a new one asap and in a few days it arrive in good condition as expected. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional and friendly to work with. Products arrived very quickly and undamaged. All the materials were included to build the new shelving equipment for my new Transit van. No missing nuts and bolts. Would order from this company again.

Great quality equipment
Purchased a dropdown ladder rack for my ford transit connect. Allows me to haul a 28 foot extension ladder with ease. Great rack.
I did not assemble myself, hired a handyman to do it. He was finished assembling in about 3 hours.
