We are saddened to hear that you were unhappy with your purchase. We have reviewed all forms of communication between you and our staff. There wasn't any mention of 24" wide shelving; we do not carry such shelving. Lastly we noticed you sent us a specific list of items you wanted quoted. That list, verbatim is what was what was quoted and purchased and approved at your time of payment. We very much apologize you feel that way but we will do our best to check, double check and quadruple check all of our orders with our customers to ensure this does not happen again.

Quality, cost, timeliness - fantastic!
First time purchasing from this company and am 100% satisfied with all aspects; customer service was exceptional, price was great, and top quality product. On top of that, free shipping based on the dollar amount I purchased, and had my delivery in less than two weeks from ordering!
This was my first upfit of a coming fleet of 30-40 vans in the next few years — This will be my exclusive vendor!
