Absolutely a waste of time and very poor customer service.
I ordered goggles, waited ages for delivery, and they sent the wrong item a pair of glasses instead. THEIR EXCUSE, OUT OF STOCK! So they sent something I did not want! I emailed to complain and also spoke to someone called “Liam” today, but my concerns were completely ignored.
I explained that I am disabled and live in a rural area, so getting to a post office is extremely difficult for me. Despite this, they still expect me to return their mistake before issuing a refund, without even properly explaining how the wrong item was sent in the first place.
I even had to embarrassingly explain my personal situation over the phone because of their incompetence. Communication has been impossible like talking to two planks of wood.
Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

Been a week and a half now. I keep looking on Evri for updates but it still says Evri is still waiting for my order ( tuffstuff trousers)
I’ve tried to contact workwear nation Limited with no reply at all by Email
And asked for a refund very poor service would never use these ever again.

I purchased SolidGear safety boots expecting durability and reliability to match the £220 price tag. After fewer than eight months of fairly standard use-nothing extreme or outside normal working conditions-the boots began to fail in multiple areas. The sole started separating from the upper, which quickly worsened to the point where water started seeping in. Communication was good and I sent the boots back and got told it's fair wear&tear. (a pair of Caterpilars last close to 2 years in my work) Apparently, quote: 'the price tag does not reflect how long they will last'. Would not purchase from this company again.

Very pleased with the gloves and the excellent customer service, would highly recommend.

2 orders, 1 never shipped and 1 did however got lost with courier. Not going to bother a 3rd time. Staff on phone were supposed to check and call me back but been waiting for 2 weeks and nothing, granted it’s been Xmas but not even an email at any point. 3 strikes your out I say, refund again.

Straightforward process to aquire what I wanted, free delivery, no problems.
Crooks. Coat never arrived. Had to chase the company three times and open a dispute to get a refund.

First time buying from this company and it’ll definitely be the last. Ordered on 20/09/25………. Still waiting.
Placed an order and paid for delivery, should've arrived 3-5 days. I contacted after 7 days and told they hadn't got them in stock but they would be in that day and sent out. 13 days now and I've contacted again to see where the order is and just received a reply saying the stock is due by then end of the week then will be sent out afterwards.

I waited nearly 3 weeks for my order but understandably after I emailed they did tell me it was a problem with snickers themself
Ordered a pair of dewalt work boots 80 quid took over 2 weeks to turn up have worn dewalt for the last 5 years and never a problem but after 6 weeks my new boots a falling apart I work on and off site in a hgv the front has come away from sole and have a split across where all I can think is wet and dry in and out cab of truck leather split by the steel emailed workwear nation and sent pictures told me they can’t be same boots if they are I’ve abused them comical and they won’t help out at all like if I bought snide boots from market I would have expected it but supposedly a proper company just think twice before u buy from this company I send u another picture of the boots falling apart and my old ones which are a year old and they have held up better than the ones u supplied as for my toes as I said I’m a hgv driver so not like I’m on a site where stuff can fall on m toes and that’s why they just fine if u look behind the dirt u will see inside the boots of the ones supplied nothing wrong brand new just the front soles are coming away and u saying because the leather has split that’s why it’s coming away both boots are coming away from soles and only had a split on the left one so explain why the right one is falling apart after 6 weeks

I would strongly advise caution when ordering from this company. I received two left boots instead of a proper pair, and from that point onwards the service has been extremely poor.
Rather than dealing with the issue directly, they continually tried to pass the responsibility onto the manufacturer (Solid Gear) instead of accepting accountability as the seller. I had to send the boots back at my own expense to the address shown on their own website, and even after providing proof of postage, they still failed to acknowledge this properly.
It has now been over a month since my purchase, and I am still chasing a refund. The correspondence throughout has been slow, dismissive, and unhelpful, showing little regard for resolving the issue promptly. Instead of owning the mistake, they attempted to blame the manufacturer, leaving me chasing for updates.
Overall, a very disappointing experience — poor communication, lack of responsibility, and unnecessary hassle for what should have been a simple return.
