Production continues to fail

Our orders keep coming in less complete. Not only that but the pieces that come in are often poor quality. Customer service continues to be the best. Alma Duran and Alberto Romo are always processing the remakes as best and fast as possible. They get 5 stars in my book. Production gets more like 2 stars.

Called 5 times to even get an account created. Chasing them to help

Miscommunication left and right. Absolutely a mess to get anything done.

They may have great products, but my experience was beyond ridiculous and insulting.

World Emblem - Bad Experience

Working with World Emblem is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any supplier across the entire industry. If you get an order placed, you will be hit with surprise HIGH shipping costs, delayed orders, and terrible customer service. I will never use this company again and advise everyone else to use a different supplier.

We've had such great luck with our reps with World Emblem. Diane is amazing and takes care of all of our needs both in a timely and accurate fashion. We've not once regretted our switch from Penn to World 3 years ago.
