Marshall has been great to us so far in planning trip to Japan. He’s been so patient with us in terms of dates, working together find a decent priced hotel. Communicating well. Will book again for another south east Asia trip next year.

I booked my multi destination holiday last summer with Harry and was delighted with the attention to detail and prompt responses received.
However, I am now in Halong Bay and my transfer from Hanoi didn’t turn up and I had to make the three hour journey myself. The company’s WhatsApp chat and telephone did not respond to my help requests. Today’s excursion have said that there is no booking. Again, I have tried to contact Joe who now deals with my holiday but he doesn’t respond to my emails, WhatsApp chats or calls. It has left me very concerned as we are due to move on again tomorrow and I’ve no idea if the transfer will turn up.
All in all by the end of my holiday I had three excursions that didn’t happen out of six and one transfer that didn’t turn up. I have emailed the company and hope that they can put this right

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid World Holiday Vibes and book with a reputable alternative.

My experience with this company, particularly dealing with Joe and their “head office,” has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. After booking my holiday last year, I received my initial confirmation — and since then, I have not received a single email or any proactive communication, despite my case still being open.

Communication has been poor throughout, and I was repeatedly given incorrect and misleading information over the phone. I was told the matter had been escalated multiple times, yet there has been no meaningful follow-up or resolution.

To make matters worse, my flight was cancelled, yet I have still not received a refund, and my case remains unresolved. Instead of handling the situation fairly and in line with UK regulations, they have continued to delay, deflect responsibility, and avoid resolving the issue.

I have effectively been left in a position where they are refusing to issue a refund and expecting me to proceed under completely unreasonable circumstances, rather than acknowledging their obligations.

What’s even more concerning is that this does not appear to be an isolated issue. There are multiple other reviews from customers reporting similar problems, particularly around refunds being refused. This reflects a clear pattern in how the company operates and their attitude towards customers.

If something goes wrong, do not expect accountability or support. Based on my experience, you may have to escalate matters significantly just to be treated fairly.

Avoid the stress and book with a company that actually communicates, takes responsibility, and complies with UK consumer protection laws.

Chased up head office following my emails last week.

Still not heard back or received a single email from head office or Joe regarding my holiday. No update received on the holiday, or an official cancellation email, not even an email with options on what I can do.

They responded to my review straight away but they don’t respond to any email and don’t send customers any updates or anything. Once they take your money you’re on your own.

Would 100% avoid this company at all costs. They’ll probably respond to my review saying they’re looking into it. But I’ve not had one email from them to say that. Shows just how they operate. Will update further as thins proceed.

Joseph was our contact for what we all agreed was an experience of a lifetime… service excellent, the whole trip seamlessly coordinated with taxi collections to and from airports and hotels etc. The hotel locations were amazing and our team especially loved our Penang resort hotel the PARKROYAL…plush beyond belief.

Joseph was always there, checking up on us to make sure all was ok.

World Holiday Vibes is an excellent company and Joseph really made a dream come true.
