Exceptional experience with World Holiday Vibes
Hi, I would like to share my experience with World Holiday Vibes and would be specially thankful to Mr. Joseph Kai. He is extremely friendly and went out of his way to be helpful, answering all my questions and tailoring things to my preferences. Unfortunately, due to some unexpected personal circumstances, I had to cancel the trip before finalizing it. Even though I didn’t get to travel this time, the outstanding support I received left a lasting impression. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and caring trip organizer.

We had a great experience
We had a great experience, we had an acceptable assistance all the travel, the only thing I didn't like was the distance of the hotels, it was too far, we paid too much for taxi, the last hotel was in a different city, it was in Bibione but we should be in venice, just to get there from the train station we paid 270.00 €.

Lewis has just been amazing from start to finish!! Everything has been straightforward easy everything has been worked out to a T!!! So I now have a 10 day safari holiday to Tanzania and Zanzibar ( I think) booked for my 40th birthday!!!

I have booked with Joseph Kai a few times now, and honestly, he is become my go-to person whenever I’m planning a trip! ✈️🌴 This current trip definitely won’t be my last booking with him.
Joseph is incredibly patient, helpful and resourceful, and he always goes the extra mile to find the best deal and make everything work. What I really love is that after dealing with me a few times, he already knows my travel style and what I like — the type of hotels, locations and transport I prefer — so half the time I don’t even have to explain myself! 😂 He just gets it.
I travel solo quite a lot, and having someone like Joseph organising everything gives me so much confidence.
He’s always quick to answer, never makes me feel like I’m being difficult (even when I probably am 😂), and he is genuinely lovely to deal with.
I would definitely recommend Joseph to anyone looking for someone who actually listens, understands what you want and puts the effort into getting it right. Once you find a good travel agent, you stick with them — and Joseph is definitely my guy! 🌎✈️❤️

Great deal at competitive price.
The offer originally looked good at a good price but having researched options a little more we asked Rehan to re- price changing the carrier and accommodation. The new price was also very competitive and Rehan came back to us very quickly. So we have booked the new itinerary and are very happy with the service we got. Can't wait till January now!
