AVOID AT ALL COST, i ordered £80 worth of shoes from this company which they had delivered to the wrong address. I have been dealing with fed ex for weeks trying to find the item a full investigation has been carried out trying to find the item i have checked with neighbours multiple times fed ex has checked multiple times with the neighbours and officially marked the items as lost but i guess this is not good enough for this company who wants me to keep on investigating like ive been a detective for almost 3 weeks. I also paid extra for speedy delivery as the shoes was to help with my health. I have never had a more negative experience ordering an item in my life. Sure the dude working there is polite but at what point do you just admit you have been completely screwed over and put through the ringer. I have felt like ive been blamed for losing this package through the entire process and like ive not been listened to. Now ive been through the fed ex process im going through a whole new process signing homemade legal contracts and being told by world of clogs that i need to check with my neighbours AGAIN like im some kind of idiot. I wish there was a way i could warn more people to avoid this at all costs

GREAT CLOGS AT A REASONABLE PRICE
I have been ordering from this wonderful company for a few years now. I love Sanita clogs and their prices are reasonable. The sell quality clogs with great customer service. I would definitely recommend their wonderful company.

This is definitely a 5* company. The website is easy to navigate, the prices are really affordable and fair. Quick dispatch and delivery, product arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described. I had to return them due to me ordering the wrong size. Return was easy and quick, I ordered the correct size which also came quickly. So just a really smooth and nice experience. I'll definitely shop here again!

My go to footwear
My go to footwear. I have a job where I'm on my feet for eight hours and these clogs have been comfortable enough to wear all day plus they give me abit more height as I'm very short. The leather a little stiff at first but soon soften.

Easy to order and product was delivered…
Easy to order and product was delivered very quickly. Only down marked from 5 stars to 4 because my parcel had the wrong door number on it and so was delivered up the road. I used aut fill on my order and this matched my payment card. Luckily the person who received my parcel was someone honest who had it ready to give me when I got home from work!

Sleazy customer service
I ordered a pair of clogs from this website and there was a confusion on address so it got delivered to the wrong address. However, the person who received it was kind and she sent it back to the sender, which was confirmed by the Royal Mail. I contacted the ‘support’ at ‘world of clogs’ and every time same man replied.
I have never come someone as ridiculous and unprofessional as this guy at their customer service. He wanted me hunt down the wrong address and have a chit chat with the person on that wrong address Royal Mail attempted delivery!!!! The website is a total fraud and I am still waiting for the refund.

Hello Jyoti. With respect, there was no confusion. You put the wrong address and then you refused to go to that address to get your clogs, preferring to try and blame others. A claim was made with Royal Mail who refused to offer any compensation. We are very sorry, but a valuable lesson has been learned by all.
I love my clogs
I love my clogs! They are exceptionally well made and I was surprised how comfortable they were from the start. I’ve a feeling we’ll be friends for life!
Communications were excellent, I was made aware of all stages of progress during the short time from ordering until delivery.
