I ordered a pair of crocs on Sunday and they arrived on Wednesday, and they're awesome.
I'd contacted the customer support team and spoke to Dan Jones, as I was worried they wouldn't arrive in time for my holiday, he was very helpful and made sure they did.
I would highly recommend World of Clogs.

I placed my order which as easy compared to some website's. They dispatched it within a day and Clogs arrived in perfect condition and they were a lot cheaper than Crocs by a couple of pounds

Batman Batmobile clogs
Ordered Batman Batmobile Crocs. Initially order the wrong size so sent a quick email to ask if I could order the next size up, email was responded to quickly and I received order the next day. Customer service was excellent and delivery was quick. Would definitely order from here again.

I have owned other pairs of Sanitas and…
I have owned other pairs of Sanitas and have been completely satisfied, but the most recent pair I ordered was not of the same quality. I attempted to return them as they creased and marked up after the first day on the floor but was told that I wouldn’t be able to return them unless the area began to split. This pair in no way has had the same texture and durability as my other Sanitas. Unfortunately, I will not be willing to take a chance on receiving another inferior pair of clogs that I am unable to wear and not have the ability to return them.

Just to be clear, because the leather on your shoes may be different from the previous order, it does not mean they are faulty! Had they not been worn already then a return would have been no problem. I urge you to continue wearing and enjoying your shoes.

It amazes me that u r asking for this review…it just shows me how incompetent you all are!!! For your information, I haven’t received my clog’s yet….and don’t know when I will get them. I asked for a refund and I was told I would get it after 28 day…I hope! So the next time u send a review, make sure to customer gets the product first! I will never do business with u again!!!

Hi Nancy. We really are so sorry for the problem with your order, and disappointed at the frustrtaion this has caused you, we totally understand. As explained, your order got held up due to a security issue, and we do not currently know if it still going to get to you, which is why we have to wait the full delivery expectation period before sending again or refunding. I assume you want the latter so this will be actioned accordingly.
This is such a rare event to happen and is unfortunately out of our of our hands.

False advertising
False advertising . Your website is not up to date. I tried to order 2 times but both times the size/ model was not available and you had to suggest an alternative .
In the end I took a refund and did not order from you.

Brought some crocs at a good price with quick delivery too. unfortunately my crocs were coming apart so I emailed them and showed them pics they sent out a replacement the next day. Hopefully I just had a faulty pair as my previous crocs are still lasting 3 + years.

Clogs are nice, but came broken
Clogs are nice, but the rubber heel came off of both clogs The first time I put them on. I was able to repair it so far with shoe
Goo by myself, but it’s kind of disappointing for a new item.

Quick delivery
Ordered on Tuesday night, basically Wednesday in shipping terms and they arrived on Saturday. Very happy with a quick delivery for the free delivery. Crocs arrived in brand new condition. Very happy I managed to find these. Found it hard to get them in my size.
