World of Clogs are brilliant, they sent the originals very quickly, when I tried them they were too big. So we had a phone call after which I purchased a smaller size, when they came I sent the originals back and was refunded straight away. brilliant

A very easy company to deal with that sells great products!
I ordered the best quality clogs I could find for my purposes. When they arrived, they looked great, but unfortunately were too small. I packed them back up in their box and returned them, using the Returns Slip that was in the box, requesting a larger size of the same.
Within a week the larger clogs turned up and they are perfect.

Good communication
Ordered a pair of Skechers Eldred Work Shoes for my mum. The order went through fine and then 2 days later I received an email to say that the shoes are out of stock and there was a technical error. These things happen and I understand totally. Refund received next working day, great communication from the company.

My delivery has not arrived yet - updated as delivery arrived
I made an order on 27 September 2022 and my product has not arrived yet (18 October 2022). This is way more time than the 3 to 5 days that the delivery is supposed to take. I wrote to them and just told me to contact Royal Mail. I contacted Royal Mail and they said that the seller has to contact them. I sent an email to World of Clogs informing them about this and they have not responded. Poor customer service.
Edit: I am changing the original review from 1 to 4 stars because, after making the review, I got sent a new pair of slippers and a customer representative contacted me to explain the situation (it seems the mistake was of the post and not the company) and apologise for the inconvenience. I think this was well handled at the end and the product was very good, hence the change in the rating.

Dear Stephanie, I have looked up your order and things aren't quite as you describe. Royal Mail returned your order to us as the address was incomplete. They held your parcel for one month for you to collect! RM Tracking 1F01736710000350872DA.
While it was still being held, to save inconvenience to you, we sent your order out again, making sure the address was 100% correct and this was delivered on 21st October according to Royal Mail Tracking number 1F0173671000035CBD839.
I'm not sure what else is expected of a company in this situation, but we would be pleased to receive your thoughts.
