The store was clean and tidy, with a wide selection of items, although access was a bit congested due to the large number of people in the area. So I ended up using the online store. My first visit was just to try it out, but even though it was just a trial run, they were friendly and helpful.

Good shop, good service, recommended.

Try to go on Google maps and find address of the store...... Completely rubbish,if you need air conditioning,your on the right spot but for bikes noooooo......

It’s scam. I live in Indonesia. I went to their location on Google Maps (on Cihampelas) and I got nothing there.

Jeg var var vedholdende og brugte Paypal til at overføre pengene og heldig vis for det for min mistanke blev bekræftet da varen aldrig blev sendt, Paypal fik pengene tilbage til min konto. Viser endnu værdien af at bruge det sikreste værktøj til at overføre penge til onlinehandel, super kardo til Paypal!!

I bought a bike and paid online. Worldracycles.com sent me tracking information invalid and now they don't answer any messages.

I sent Worldracycles three emails asking about the bike with no response to date. I tried several calls but the phone number does not exist.

I lost my money because i paid by WISE.

I made an order and paid online. Worldracycles.com sent me tracking information that tracked the supposed package from Indonesia up through Los Angeles on the tracking website merpatiexpress(dot)com.

Two days later, when I went to track the package/bike, there was a notice that displayed, "No tracking information found".

I sent Worldracycles three emails asking about the parcel/bike with no response to date. I even called their supposed store at what would be 11 a.m. in Indonesia and received no answer on all three calls.

I ordered through PayPal and of course, the money was refunded.

If there was any way to rate this company lower than a 1, I would. Any reviews above a 1 are from either the employees or friends posing as real customers.

This store is fake. How I know? Because there's a worldwide shortage of bikes. It's basically impossible to find a road bike in the "sweet spot" $3000-4000 segment. Even used bikes go for exuberant prices. Take the Specialized Roubaix Sport for example. A solid bike that retails for $3500, if you can find one. Which you can't. Newer used ones in good condition sell for just shy of $3000. This store claims to have ALL SIZES in stock and sell them for $1650. That's simply not possible. They'll take your money and run and you won't ever see a bike.

This is a fake store, they will just take your money. i cancelled an order as they could not ship it, they ahve made no attempt to repay. They dont sell any small item spares, so thats a give away. They dont have any proper feedack platforms. so much about thier operation is false. If they rewfund i will add to this post. I have also alerted other social media platforms.

This online shop is a 100% phishing scam. Golden rule: "If it seems too good to be true, it probably isn’t true".

I'm adding some pieces of evidence:
1) The top right picture on the "About Us" page is from the article of "The National News" of UAE. Original image caption "Sherman (...), bike technician at The Cycle Hub in Dubai, demonstrates how to pack a bike for transport using a specialised box. (...) / The National" (www[dot]thenationalnews[dot]com/arts-culture/expert-advice-on-taking-your-bicycle-along-when-you-travel-1.198741)
2) I've checked the provided address: "Jl.Merak No. 48B, Sei Sikambing B, Medan Sunggal, Sumatera Utara 20122 - Indonesia". You may buy a parrot or an air conditioner here, not a high-end bicycle.
3) Prices are too good to be true.
4) Probably every real shop would have a Facebook account because it is part of marketing. This shop does not have it. Also, links to social networks on the site redirect to nowhere (they are empty anchor links - href="#").
5) 2021 Cannondale SystemSix are out of stock all over the world. Here you can even choose any size you want.

I've already reported this shop as a phishing site. I hope no one will lose their precious, hard-earned money.

No, Irma Adelia, I havent bought anything in your shop. Why? Because you are luring the people onto your webshop offering Paypal and at a later stage Paypal is not offered ! Thats why I stopped buying from you.
Can you tell us why are you showing up a Paypal Logo on your homepage but dont accept Paypal ? Tell us !

Irma Adelia: tell us why you dont offer Paypal in general, make it official online here ?! I mean its common sense that global traders offer this payment method to offer security to their customers. You mentioned that 21 days you do not receive the money from Paypal. Well, you may think about another business model as this is part of the deal all traders out there have to compensate . Or is about the fee that Paypal takes ? I can tell you I would immediately pay that fees on top of you listed prices.

So, if you want to change my opinion offer Paypal and I buy a big bike from you.

But you wont ! They way you have tried to sneak me to other unsafe payment options is very obvious !
