He only sent me one cab, and after some time, I was left in the same situation as you. His name is Tolga, and he is a Turkish man. Shame on him! I hope he faces the consequences of his actions.

I’ve come to the realisation that I have been robbed by you. It took me over a year to realise it. You lied in every e-mail, telling me it’ll arrive soon, but this is what you do, you lie to people for a business. I understand now. You ask people to pay through your bank account, so there is no trace. This is how you do business, by lying.

The money I gave you was to buy an OutRun cabinet for my son. Now, he has no OutRun and the money is gone. 900 EUR. You took that from my son.

You are all heartless people, picking on a young boy like this. Don’t worry, I won’t contact you again. But I hope you all can live with your heart like this, you are all thieves.

Betrug, anders kann man es nicht nennen.

2021 habe ich etwas bei denen bestellt und bis heute nicht erhalten. Eine Rückzahlung meines Geldes ist auch nicht erfolgt. Sowohl die Lieferung wie auch die Rückzahlung werden seit 2 Jahren versprochen. Endeffektlich sind es Hinhaltetaktiken. Man findet Fälle wie meinen zu Hauf im Internet wie auch zahllose Beschwerden. Irgendwann wird der Kontakt seitens World Wide Distribution GmbH einfach eingestellt.

Ich habe mich mit mehreren Geschädigten zusammengetan und wir werden eine Sammelklage erheben.

Kauft hier nichts. Wann bekommt hier nichts außer sein Geld abgenommen.

Fast 2 Jahre habe ich gewartet. Jetzt hab ich kein bock mehr und will mein Geld zurück.
Ich schreibe fast täglich E-Mails und telefoniere mit ihnen. (Wenn sie mal dran gehen)
Eine Rückerstattung ist nicht erfolgt. Die haben mir selbst schon einen Zeitpunkt der Rückerstattung genannt, aber nicht eingehalten.

Ich würde da nie wieder etwas kaufen. Keine Empfehlung.

This company is without doubt the worst I've ever come across. They don't honor orders, they lie and refuse to refund. Worse, they deliberately waste the time of consumer protection agencies by promising refunds that never materialize. Save time, money and sanity by avoiding them like the black plague.

Warning to everyone! Orders are not delivered, cancellations are ignored, no refunds (just ignored), support requests are ignored. Stay away, never buy anything here, you will not get your money back!

An absolute s*itshow
Paid for a product over a year and a half ago and still not received it. All I have to show for it is a string of emails stating that it will be sent on the next shipping - over and over again. I have since reached out to the company to request a refund inline with European trading standards and non fulfilment of order/contract and have been met with radio silence. I know that many other customers are in the same position - some transparency around the dates for the manufacture of the product would have been useful and some honesty in terms of order fulfilment. The excuses and continued lack of customer service is now wearing thin and I really think that it is about time that Polymega and this European distributor actually comes forward with an explanation for everyone that invested their money in good faith. They must be sitting on piles of cash whilst thousands of customers go without their items. (Trustpilot only lets me go back one year in terms of 'date of experience' but like I said 18 months and no items).

Azienda disonesta al 100%. Ho pre-ordinato il gioco Pong 3 anni fa pagando quasi 500 euro. Dopo un anno e mezzo visto che il gioco non arrivava ho chiesto il rimborso. Mi hanno sempre dato delle risposte inutili e promesse di rimborso MAI mantenute, prendendomi palesemente in giro. Mi sono rivolta al Centro Europeo Consumatori Italia per risolvere la controversia, ma non sono riusciti ad avere risposte positive. Disonesti da evitare al 100%. Sconsigliatissimo.

Couldn't deliver Arcade1Up Outrun cab for 2 years. Fair enough, there have been supply issues with a lot of things. Promises a refund, but after 2 months, they have still not transferred money back and are now avoiding calls.
