Hello, I can see that you ordered from us on Friday 4pm, using the shipping method titled;
"Next day guaranteed by 1pm (Shipping days pre 1200 Tue, Wed, Thur, Sat ONLY)"
We word the shipping method explicitly to confirm that we do not ship Fridays.
Your order was therefore shipped Saturday using the promised Royal Mail Guaranteed service. Royal Mail do not deliver Sundays and therefore the parcel was delivered and confirmed by Royal Mail on Monday before 1pm.
If you had used standard shipping, it may not have arrived until Wednesday or Thursday.
we have chat functions on our site, we have our phone number and we have our contact form, we reply to customers directly, if you had notified us that it was needed by Monday we would have advised.
We have details on our shipping page to advise further how the special delivery works, and we introduced this to allow further shipping methods for customers that do wish to guarantee a delivery (standard shipping has no guarantee).
We also note that you have not contacted us to discuss this.
We regret that you were disappointed, but would be happy to speak to you if there is anything further we can do, and hope that the gift was well received by the lucky recipient.

The perfect letterbox treat
I ordered the 1kg pick'n'mix as a treat for my son and what a treat he got! The selection of sweets to choose from was fantastic with a wide range of flavours and types of sweets. I paid for the gift Wrapped option and the paper was lovely with a nice red paper ribbon to finish it all. Cosy Gifts really are helping our environment by only using eco friendly packaging which is all recyclable. Absolutely 5 stars and I can't wait to order from them again.

Hello Amy. What can we say, a great review and many thanks for it. We dont do the 1kg trays at the moment, but we do have a great range of letterbox sweets and gifts at the new size. Yes our hand wrapped gift wrap is eco friendly and looks ace!

I loved this box it was amazing the only downside I have was the lips sweets I thought they would be the smaller hard ones but it was the big gummy ones I recommend getting this box though it’s amazing
