Very fast and polite
Very fast and polite. I put the wrong delivery address in and they couldn’t have been more helpful in dealing with it. Sent as a gift and the person loved it, really cheered them up!!

Sweet boxes
They are amazing I bought 4 and each one has an amazing amount of sweets and lots to choose from only thing is that one of them arrived with the packaging ruined which looks like grease which leaked through to the box of sweets

Our Boxes are now sent in mailer bags which are made from plants not plastic, however they will protect the gift from any external spills.

I strongly recommend Cosy Gifts for those who love chocolates
I recently bought two trays of chocolates for my friend’s children. Since they live in the middle of nowhere, I became worried whether or not the little present had arrived safely. I contacted Cosy Gifts and they reacted quickly by phoning up the recipient. I received an email from my friend and they were very happy with the chocolates. They wrote: “The chocolate was such a lovely gift, beautifully packaged and fantastic chocolate ... we will be using them in future to send chocolate based gifts. I plan to send my mum some for Mother's Day.”
I strongly recommend Cosy Gifts for those who love chocolates.

The service was good
The service was good. The only thing I need to say about is the box they came. There was no instructions on how to open it and my daughter who received the gift actually dropped some off the sweets out off it when she opened it.
The display of the box was fine but trying to open it the right way wasn't great.
