I ordered their product back in November of 2024 - we did have a mail strike but the moment it was over I emailed 3 times to get the status of the shipment with absolutely no response and the number listed in not in service. Can't talk to the quality at this point but if its anything like their customer service it will 100% SUCK

Would put zero stars if I could. Took my dog 20 min to destroy toy. Emailed for a replacement. Ignored and then blocked. Avoid this company. An obvious scam

I would give a zero of if I could. TOTAL SCAM! Took forever to be delivered and return address came from “Jason”.
My 21lb dog tore up all 4 toys in less than a minute.
I emailed and asked for a refund. Total false advertising. I didn’t want a replacement as these are not even safe, I wanted my money back. I got a email about ordering a replacement for a cost. I respond and got the same email. I responded 4 more times and got the same email. So no one ever reads the messages and they obviously set up their business model to expect replacements so all emails get this canned response.
I wish someone would start a lawsuit because this is 100% against the law. I bet they know most people won’t even pay for the replacements either so they keep their money and their crappy inventory. They need to be stopped!

Total scammers, indestructible toys they are definitely not, I bought 2 & they lasted a day.

It took the dogs 15 minutes to tear these toys apart. Don't get this if your dog is a big chewer as their advertising is false. Would love to be able to send the pictures as they are hilarious. The company did not refund any money as they said they would do.

Advertised as indestructible or we will swap. My dog took less than five minutes to rip open two different toys.
In spite of numerous emails to the company asking for a refund, no response at all.
Beware and do not buy from this company

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Waited 1 month for toys. My 1 yo lab destroyed them in minutes. Do not waste your money.

DONT BUY! Terrible company, wont respond to emails. You can not file a claim because you can't reach them. Toys are the same you get anywhere, nothing special about them. My lab/hound mix tore it in about 3 minutes. Pulled the tail off the fox in less than 2 minutes.

This company is a complete scam. They did not provide shipping info nor do they respond back to emails. They show a deal of buy two get one free which did not happen and after I complained to PayPal and 6 weeks of waiting I received two not three and our pup shredded them within in minutes. These pup toys come from China. The phone number they supply is fake.

Toys are advertised as indestructible and money back guarantee. I paid $35 for two toys that my dogs destroyed in under 3 minutes. Can't get anyone on the phone and they do not respond to the multitude of emails that I have sent with pictures. Horrible company!

Have waited over 2 months for my items to arrive. Cannot connect with the company. Only get an automatic email response that does not address the issue of no items being received!

Scam!!!! The toys are worse than dollar store toys. Absolutely no customer service!!!!! Do not fall for their claims.

Shocking. These toys are rubbish. Wish I had read the reviews. Lasted about a minute in the mouth of my cocker. Have binned the other one. Complete scam.

The toys are trash. No better than dollar store toy. I ordered 4 for Christmas presents on Dec 1. Received Jan 4. I gave my dog 3 out of the 4 and they are all ripped and shredded in minutes. They are NOT indestructible! I have emailed company several times no response. They claim they will replace the toys if they are destroyed. I think I was scammed. I had high hopes. Stay away!

False advertising!!! Cheap toys that are destroyed within minutes. No responses to numerous emails to contact the company, and can't get through on the phone number provided.

Ordered 2 toys in mid November. Still have not received anything as of January 9. Tracking number doesn’t work. No answer to emails I sent and phone is out of service.

Cheap toys that any dog can rip apart in 10 minutes!! I bought 4 and my 35 pound female Brittany tore them apart and left stuffing everywhere!! Cheap and dangerous toys!

My dog tore the duck apart in five minutes. Company won't answer emails and phone just rings busy. Save your money!
