Dog toy ripped to shreds within 30 minutes. Quality rubbish.
No response when I sent an email to customer services requesting a replacement as per their promise.

Waste of money and time and no chance of a refund let alone a replacement! Both Ruined in minutes. Bought 2 !!!!

Wish I'd checked these reviews first. Worst dog toys, lasted less than 3 minutes each and purchased four! Customer service ghosting us, definitely avoid at all costs

Website claims to be US based when Paypal refund showed them as a Chinese company.

These toys are pure junk & very unsafe for your dog. I've tried several toys & they are destroyed within minutes of giving them to my dog.
I have pictures but unable to attach them to this review of the destroyed toys. I bought them because I wanted to support an American Company. Very disappointed!!!

I ordered 2 indestructible toys and received only one. Supposedely if the toy is ripped they will replace ot for free. My dogs toy was torn after 24 hours. You can not contact them throughout one site and the site doesn't respond. DO NOT BUY TOYS FROM THEM.

E-mailed them several times that I never received the product. Just kept sending me a email saying there sorry my toy was destroyed.we all should get together and file a class action suit

Bought two toys, within 10 minutes one already torn. I have emailed customer service twice with no response Better business bureau needs notified of their practices

Like many reviews, the dog toy was destroyed in less than a day. They should not be allowed to continue to sell under the false advertisement. Complete waste of money.

Don't waste your money i ordered 2 dog toys for my 7 month puppy, when I opened the package I knew straight away these weren't going to last any length of time needles to say 10 mins later and it was ripped so much for them being Indestructible. I've emailed them on the 9th jan and no surprises I've had no reply. I have sent them another email not very good customer service if you ask me giving customers false promises. I would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from this site.

Like many of the other reviews here I've emailed customer service asking for a replacement toy and haven't heard back from them going on 3 weeks. Anyone can guarantee anything but if they don't respond to customers it's worth nothing. Very disappointed

They don’t even Deserve one star!

My mini Aussie tore the leg off of DuraChew™- Designed for Strong Chewers in less than three minutes. But of course, customer service doesn’t Answer.

So don’t waste your money. I even tried contacting them and they don’t answer.

The company pretty much promised an invincible dog toy, or they will replace if destroyed. Unfortunately my two dogs chewed 4 of them to pieces in less than 5 minutes. Replacement is no longer an option.
The toys are cute looking, but much smaller than made to look in the picture. The material is cheap and rips easily. I discovered they were made in China as well. When I looked on the website to try to find where they were made, I was unable to find....until I saw the tag on the toy.
I have multiple pictures, but unlike many review sights, this one has no way to load them.
I also ordered the toys 12/21/24 and they didn't arrive until 1/13/25. Well past the promised 3-8 day delivery.
Super disappointing and in the process of trying to get my money back. The phone line is perpetually a busy tone.

What’s the point of having customers service in your company if nothing is done!! I and all the one star reviewers on this company but still nothing

I ordered 2 items in November from their BOGOF offer, I had a delivery tracker sent to me, but the items never arrived. Delivery company say to speak to supplier. Contacted wowpetsmart, no reply. Contacted again, no reply. Left messages in Facebook and Instagram, no reply. Sent an email to a different address (found on their website) got a generic reply, not answering any of my points. Sent my email again, same copy and pasted reply, not relevant to my email. Requested a refund, same bloody generic reply. I am so Cross, appalling customer service. Next stop to contact bank to organise trying to get my money back. Avoid this company.

The toy is supposed to have a guarantee. Our dog made a hole in it after only 2 weeks. I tried emailing and messaging the company, but they have not responded.

Before Christmas, I took advantage of the BOGO sale with a “rip it and replace it” guarantee. I have sent 2 emails to customer service with my receipt and photo on December 27th and January 9th and crickets. Do not purchase from Wowpetsmart if you expect them to stand behind their products.

Ordered two of their so called indestructible toys for Christmas gifts. They say they are guaranteed not to tear, well the dog tore it apart in one day! I emailed them and have never heard back, so can only say it’s a scam!

Scam, ordered in December 2024. Have not yet received, wont answer emails and the phone number does not work

Ordered mid-November, two months ago now. Haven't received anything. Emailed twice, no response. Phone # is 'unassigned'. I think we've been ripped off.
