Items won't last. My dogs dismantle the item in 5 minutes. If I was able to give no star. I would give it zero stars.

Scam! Don’t buy - cheap and nasty our senior dog only has 5 teeth and she still managed to chew through it - wish I had read the reviews before I got sucked in - waste of money!

They lie! They don't replace the toys. In fact they don't respond at all to any contact. DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEB PAGE. IT IS A SCAM.

I just received my 3 calming ducks my lab and boykin destroyed them in mins. I have emailed them before on when they would be shipped since I paid for expedited shipping. I just emailed them bout the ducks. I'm sure they won't answer or replace waste of money.

Absolute scam. They guarantee a replacement if their "heavy chewer" toys don't last but they ignore your emails when your dog inevitably chews the toy in a few minutes. Also very expensive for a standard toy, nevermind a "premium" one. Do not buy.

Terrible quality and terrible customer service. My dog chewed this up in the first hour. Total scam. His TEMU stuffies lasted longer than these.

100% scammers. I tried to cancel my order after I did not get shipping notifications. No one answered my email. I tried their phone number. It's a Google phone number that can not accept phone calls. They eventually sent me an email saying if my dog destroyed the toys - their guarantee is to replace them if they get destroyed - to follow the link in the email. I haven't even received them and they're sending me a link about replacing them. Total scammers. SCAMMERS

Cavapoo ripped ear off in less than 2 minutes. These are junk!

Absolutely awful . They are not cheap but have the quality of dollar store . My dog ripped all of them within 1 day. Replace for free is a gimmick . If you can even get someone to answer the charge you to ship the replacement tax the same crap they sent the first time . Never again . I’d give 0 stars if I could

Should have read these for because I was taken for a ride to. Did the buy 1 get 1 for aggressive chewers and they were destroyed in minutes. Plus it said I would have a gift of $100 value for $10 and they just sent another stuffed animal worth only $31 on their website.

My doddle destroyed two out of five in about 20 minutes or less. Removed both squeakers. Guess I should have read these reviews instead of the ones on the website. They had a 4.9 which I now know is bs. Maybe I'll give the other three to my grandkids to play with lol.

Huge rip off! Both of the toys (priced at £13.00 each) were not as described. Both were small toys not worth £3 each. Totally destructible made in China - absolute rubbish! What a rip off

Bought 4 stuff animals for my granddoggies, they say that, they were for aggressive chewers. They rip right through them in less the minute, I tried to call wowpetsmart no answer, and even emailed them mo response. Went through the Better Business bureau in Florida and the got no response as well. What happened to good old customer service 😕 🤔

DO NOT PURCHASE! We bought 2 “indestructible” toys. As soon as we opened the package we knew they were junk. Our dog destroyed both within minutes. We are not able to return for a refund. Such a waste of $. Very disappointing.

Bought two calming ducks and the first was ripped to shreds within an hour. Saved second one for next day with within an hour the squeaker didn’t work. Waste of $40 - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We bought two toys for our Westie for Christmas, who is renowned for ripping toys apart within minutes. We were very impressed as we got through to March before one succumbed to her efforts. We emailed Customer Services but got no reply but that was because we noticed their email address had changed. Once we sent the email to the right address we got a reply explaining our options for replacement. Yes, there is a postage charge but it's still cheaper than the cost of an equivalent toy. We also went for a mystery box for an additional £8, apparently worth £94. We shall wait to see if it lives up to expectations but as long as it's worth at least £8 we'll be happy. Some of these reviews are very negative but I have only had a positive experience.
