Similar to many other buyers, my dogs chewed through both toys within seconds. I was so disappointed, and so were they when I had to take away the toys and throw them in the trash. To make matters worse, despite sending several emails, I have not heard back from this scam of a company. There is no use calling their phone number either, as there is always a busy tone.

They do not answer their phones or return emails. The toys were cheaply made stuffed animals that ripped apart in under an hour and I cannot reach anyone to get my money back as their website promises. This is a SCAM!! Do not buy!

Order got the toys no problem. I was thinking these are just like the ones I by from the pet store how are these not indusructble. 2 day later my dog pulled the squeaker out like she does with all her toys emailed 3 time with no response.

Like other here I ordered my dog toys, received them just fine but when one got ripped apart within 10 minutes I emailed customer service and got no response. The next day another one was destroyed so I emailed with pictures and still no response. I tried calling but the phone number is not in service.

Needless to say I'm pissed. When you spend that much on dog toys they should last more than 10 minutes or the company should at least stand behind their guarantee! Guess I should've done some research before buying.

The squeaker is very poor. They all collapse the same way. The tread that sews the head on is not heavy enough

This company is a complete scam! I ordered four Durachew toys for my dog for Christmas. I received the order after the holiday. At first, my dog seemed to really enjoy them. After about 20 days, he was able to chew through all four of the toys. I emailed the company Wow Petsmart immediately to request replacements or refund. NEVER heard back from them. Since have sent additional emails and bad-mouthed the company on social media. Every time I call their "customer support" phone number, the call fails.

Save your money, everyone! This is a SCAM business. They gladly take your money and then ignore you.

Placed an order on 02/16/2025 and never received the email confirmation. I have been trying to call them for two weeks and their phone number listed is not in service. I even rounded up to $70.00 with a small tip and still nothing.

This company is a scam. Toys shredded wthin the first week and no response from customer service after 3 attempts to contact them.

I ordered about a month ago haven't heard a thing about my order. They had no trouble taking my money but failed to deliver my parcels. I have sent them numerous emails no response. I also tried to contact them by phone, the number is no longer in service. What's going on is this company a scam. I don't recommend anyone to purchase anything from them.

I placed an order on February 11, emailed the company two days ago, and called three times today, February 27. I have not received my order (website says three to eight day shipping), they have not answered my email, and the phone number (813-618-7527) gives what sounds like a busy signal from the 80s. It does not ring. This company is scamming people.

Update- I received the order, but stand by the fact that they do not answer email nor have a working phone number. I would not order from them again. Not recommended.

Second Update- My dog chewed apart one of the toys (purple hippo) and they will only send a replacement toy if I pay $7.99 for shipping. There website says 'if they rip it, we will replace it for free." Apparently free is not really free. When I questioned this via email, to no surprise, they did not respond.

Yesterday, April 26, my dog chewed the second toy (deer) from this company. Stuffing was all over the yard. I submitted a second complaint to the BBB this morning regarding false advertising since they will not replace her destroyed toys for free as their website clear states. Since I am unable to upload a picture here, the toy-formerly-known-as-deer, is my profile picture.

Like so many other reviews I am very disappointed in customer service.
There was a guarantee that if your dog ripped the toy there would be a replacement or money back.
Customer service has failed to return my email and no one answers phone.

I ordered 3 “indestructible” toys for my dog. The first one lasted 10 minutes before she tore open the belly to pull out all the stuffing and the squeaker. I have emailed customs support times and have received no reply.

Garbage, indestructible toys lasted 3 days. Cheaper than any usual pet shop type.

I ordered two indestructible dog toys last year as a gift for my daughter’s puppy for Christmas. They were soon shredded, legs detached and rope arms pulled through.
I complained to Wowpetsmart, sent photo’s, it was disappointing as the dog toys were expensive (£27) and I expected them to be better.
I got a response saying that they would send replacements but I would have to pay for postage and insurance costs, another £10. I didn’t bother at first but then decided that I might as well have something to show for my money so I ordered the replacements but they never arrived. I can see that the second payment was taken from my account so I contacted the firm again, their response was to offer me more replacements at a cost of £10 ….. I’m guessing this is an automated reply to any emails. I have not called the contact number as it is in the USA and that would leave me even more out of pocket. I’ve contacted them again but had no response ….. the dog toys can be bought locally and are much less expensive, I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing from this company.

I ordered a four pack of ducks, two regular size and two large size. The first regular size duck the dog had the leg torn off immediately. One of the large duck the back center seam was not sewn(defective). When I contacted them they about both issues they only addressed the one he tore the leg off. When I sent another email addressing the issue about the one that was defective they have not responded.
I have emailed about returning the order but they have not responded.

The supposedly indestructible dog toys were ripped apart the second time my dog had them. I tried contacting customer service three times but only got their boiler plate automatic response each time and their phone number is always busy. Bad product and bad customer service.

Ripped toy... they finally answered when you email them, but you have to send another $7.95 to send a new toy or you can spend $30 or more to get free shipping and free toy. You don't get a replacement for free

I foolishly trusted your promises and invested (spending more than I would normally do) in 4 of your dog toys. Two didn't even last until all our gifts were opened. I've tried to contact you multiple times via phone and email. No response...no one answers your phone. Shame on you!

These toys were destroyed QUICKLY. They are not the high quality that is promised. I have sent them countless amounts of correspondence and only received an immediate automated response with ZERO human contact to my query.
Another review written, I wish I read all of these before I purchased from this company...
