If i can go with zero stars i would. It took them 18 days to deliver the item - felt like we were in the 1920s. Package arrived banged up. Boox itself had one side taped with packaging tape as if someone had ordered it, couldn't get it back in the box and had to tape it. Frame was damaged and unusable. Requested a refund because based on their 18 DAY DELIVERY time, i wouldn't receive the new item in time for my wife's Birthday. This request was via email. A day later they requested that i send them multiple photos of the box and the item along with a video to prove it's damage and to see if they think they I could somehow still use this - ARE YOU KIDDING????? Spent the time to do all this and a day later they sent me a note saying they will send a replacement which is useless as it will be too late. They also said that I don't need to send back the one they sent - I can keep it - as if doing me a favor. The item they sent is now in the trash and i ORDERED THE SAME ITEM ON AMAZON the 2 evenings ago when i opened their damaged package and have already received and gift wrapped the Amazon item.
When i originally ordered this i ordered the wrong color. They were very good about changing the order for me and they asked if i would write a review. I did and gave them a great review for their pre-delivery customer service. I wish i could delete that review. STAY AWAY from this company.

Customer service for this company is fantastic. They are quick to answer, and provide a response that actually does help you.

This little musical orange is so fun and so adorable! I absolutely love it! I am very satisfied! It takes about 2 weeks to arrive but, worth the wait!

We love our banana toy! We had a small issue but they fixed the problem and sent out a replacement right away! Definitely will be ordering again!

Cheap product that doesn't work. Bought the fly catcher thing- the top keeps coming off, flies get caught and mangled (which stops the mechanism from working), and the whole thing ends up being a disgusting mess.

Excellent customer service! I contacted Wrapango after placing an order because I realized I had missed a promotion. Their support team responded quickly and kindly. I really appreciate their willingness to help and work with me. Great experience and I would definitely order from them again!

The strawberry, banana and carrot are super cute and the kiddos like playing with them, even the adults. I had a small issue with one of them, but George was very quick to reply and rectify the issue, problem solved :). Very happy to deal with companies that responsed as soon as humanly possible and help.

I would highly recommend this company. I lost my tracking number and I reached out to them and they immediately responded with my number so I could track my product. When I received the strawberry music toy I was extremely impressed it was exactly what was advertised and more. Can’t wait to give it to my grandson who is 2 and has Down syndrome, he loves music. I’ve been playing with it myself and just love it!

Shipping was pretty quick we received the banana and strawberry. At first I thought something was wrong I couldn't get them to work correctly. I emailed the company and they responded very fast and gave me the information I needed. If I would watch the whole video before ordering I would have known this LOL but fell in love with them before that. definitely getting some for gifts thanks! They're so cute!

The coat hanger is a beautiful hand-made product that looks wonderful in our entryway. The customer service is exceptional!

After watching the video advertisement, I ordered thinking I was getting one of each notepad. My mistake, but the two I ordered weren't the ones I would've wanted, and I couldn't afford more. George from customer service responded to my immediate cancelation request, and offered help without having to cancel my order. I've not yet received the products, but look forward to doing so, and am quite grateful for the fast response and solution.

I purchased two FAKE 30TB drives from them, they are fake only 4 GB each - Their reply because they were on sale they can't be returned and no refund - They know there selling fake items, I have complained to the authorities, hopefully they will get what they deserve for selling fake products

Stay away from this place. Bought a portable SSD drive and it never worked. Sent it back. Never got my money back. This place is just a rip-off. Don't go anywhere near. I'm surprised that Google even allows it to advertise

This company is a complete scam. The product description did not support the actual product. They refused to send a return label, suggesting I “gift” the product. Very disappointed that it showed up first on a Google search. They should be shut down.

We had an issue with a delayed package due to the weather conditions. We contacted the Customer Service and they responded with the tracking information and ETD. Their attitude was nice.

I ordered a posture corrector, which did not work for me. I asked to return it and after writing numerous emails and having to ask each step of the way what to do, I finally mailed it back. The company promised a refund, minus the cost of return shipment. I have sent more emails since and their customer service tells me they need to "check with their warehouse regarding what I returned" but they are not following through and I have yet to receive "any" refund at all. This is a crooked company, do not order from them.

Product was outdoor pest repeller using sonic waves. I set it up under ideal conditions and it emitted an obnoxious high pitched sound. Squirrels played around it. I asked for a return under their money back guarantee. They were condescending and refused to honor the guarantee. They are fraudsters scammers and charlatans. And bad engineers.

I ordered a set of solid wood peg “drop down” coat/bag hooks for our entryway hall and before it even left the company’s storeroom, decided to order a second for my son. Construction appeared beautiful. I was not disappointed!

My order was immediately confirmed (with a friendly message) and tracked at various points along the way. At one point I reached out because I thought delivery had been confirmed and I hadn’t received my items. IMMEDIATELY I received confirmation with a follow-up by a real person early the next day. This even though my email was sent late evening on a Sunday.

When the items arrived they really were as beautiful as they appeared, and we were impressed by product quality.

I especially appreciated friendly follow through by real people!

Customer Service was Awesome! When issue arrived they responded super quick, offered options, and took care of the problem. Very quick and pleasant transaction.

I could kick myself for not checking this company out before ordering a 2 TB External SSD hard drive from them. The price sucks you in, so I really should have known. This drive never really worked. It is not even a real 2 TB drive, as exposed on youtube when a youtuber opened it up to reveal it is really a micro disc inside, not a 2 TB drive. And the info that comes up when you plug it in has been changed, and says that it is 2 tb, but it is not. once the small amount of memory is used, it begins writing over what you have already saved.
Scam, Scam, Scam. They will now not answer my emails to them asking for a refund. What people like this don't get, is that there really is a God in Heaven, and they will be held accountable. Sad Sad world we live in.
