I had a great experience with the designer, Molly in East Hanover. During delivery, the oven was on back order and the customer service rep, Danielle was absolutely OUTSTANDING at figuring out a quick and extremely helpful solution. We are still installing but so far everything looks great.

It was well executed from start to finish. Even though we had some hiccups along the way, they were managed with patience and diligence. The team worked with us from start to finish and the project moved along as per our needs and now we have a new beautiful kitchen.

Our experience with Wren was outstanding from start to finish. We visited to explore options for redesigning our kitchen after a water leak forced us to act quickly. The staff not only helped us create the kitchen of our dreams, but they also made the entire process family-friendly, which was a huge bonus as parents of a 2 and 7 year-old. They even entertained our little one and walked him around the store to help him nap while we focused on the design.

From the team that took measurements to the delivery crew, everyone was professional, and communication was excellent throughout. The installers for our quartz countertops did a fantastic job, though there was a minor issue with a missing hole for the soap dispenser, which required some additional scheduling to fix.

Despite that small hiccup, we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Wren. Their competitive pricing and top-notch customer service really stood out!

My husband and I worked with Lenora Castello in the Massapequa Wren's location. Lenora was skilled, efficient and amazingly talented!! She was kind and patient and a wonderful designer. Great quality. Incredibly easy to set it all up. Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially our designer Alex Andree. He had a great vision and helped us the entire way. He is the best and he may have been the biggest reason that we got a new kitchen and we love that we did it. If anyone is looking for a new kitchen Wren Kitchens is the best. My order number is 10293029. First and foremost the product is wonderful. My kitchen looks absolutely stunning. It was an uphill battle with customer service to try and get there. I was missing a piece of my install which no one knew what the part was that I was referring to causing my install to be delayed and costing me money to pay for another installation day. Countertops had to be recut due to improper cut. Customer service needs to be more informed of product and issue.

The cabinets are well built and simply beautiful. The installation guys knew their stuff and did a fine job. We are VERY happy with our new kitchen.

The amazing showroom showing so many options. Our designer, Marnie, was absolutely great. She was so patient with our many changes. There excellent communication throughout the entire process. Lastly, Wren’s delivery and instant teams were talented.

When we first went to Wren and spoke to the planner, I expressed the amount we were looking to spend and she helped us stay close to our budget, however things like end pieces and the edge of the counter top were not discussed. My countertop is beautiful, but it has small chips around the sink, if the edging was explained to us we would have spent the extra money on a better edge. Then when our cabinets were installed, the installer damaged the doors and some of the shelves were damaged upon arrival.
I sent pics in of the damage and the field install manager came out and wrote up a service order to repair doors and replace some chip shelves. One cabinet was damaged on the inside in 2 places so I was offered to be reimbursed for half the cost. They did repair all damage, but my reimbursement took 7 months and several emails. Overall I like my cabinets and everything was repaired according to my complaint.

Our experience with Wren was top notch from beginning to end! They spent as much time as we needed perfecting our dream kitchen! The amount of options to pick from was astounding and to watch our virtual kitchen come to life was so much fun! There were several check-ins along the way to be sure our timeline matched up with theirs. We would highly recommend Wren Kitchens to anyone needing a custom built kitchen! Order #10154073.

The showroom at Wren Kitchen, Wilkes-Barre, PA was amazing! I fell in love with a display kitchen during my first visit. The beautiful display kitchen stayed in my mind, and about a year later I purchased it! The people at Wren who came out to do a free in home measure were super professional and nice! They were considerate of my home and asked if they needed to remove their shoes before coming in. After we went up to Wren to get our price estimate, we purchased a full kitchen with white quartz countertops and a farmhouse sink! We scheduled our kitchen's delivery for the end of May but then changed it to February because we were so excited. Wren was always prompt to respond with any questions we had during the entire process, and changing our delivery date was no big deal. When the Wren truck showed up in my driveway with all the cabinets, the workers were super careful when carrying them inside so that none were damaged. Each cabinet was packaged extremely well. We installed the cabinets ourselves, and Wren's online videos helped a ton with cabinet install. Then, the Wren workers came to install my beautiful quartz counters a few weeks later. They did an exceptional job. I would recommend Wren to everybody in the area I know!
