I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this company’s conduct. Without any warning or communication, they abruptly ceased all operations in the United States while continuing to operate in the United Kingdom. This decision has left countless customers, myself included, in an incredibly difficult position—mid-project, with homes in disarray and no clear path forward.
What makes this situation even more concerning is the complete lack of accountability. Contracts were signed and substantial payments were made in good faith, yet the company has walked away from its obligations without notice. There has been no meaningful communication, no support, and no effort to resolve the situation or make customers whole. Refunds have not been issued, and attempts to seek assistance have led nowhere—only to a generic form that provides no real answers or resolution.
This goes beyond poor customer service; it demonstrates a serious disregard for contractual responsibilities and basic business ethics. Customers entrusted this company with significant home investments and were ultimately abandoned without recourse.
All I ever get now from this company is a link to fill out a form that goes nowhere. I’m glad this corrupt company thinks it’s okay to steal money from hard working people and leave them abandoned with no direction. Really solid business ethics here. Watch as all I get for a response from this company is to “go to their company website” and click the link that goes nowhere!
Let’s not forget this company sent someone on drugs to our home during the first measurement with our children home. This individual was clearly off since they mismeasured a few things causing even more delays along the way! Real solid company we have here! Total disregard for craftsmanship and safety for children.
Not to mention their product is GARBAGE! MDF board that is WAY overpriced!
I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company to reconsider. Their handling of this situation raises serious concerns about their reliability, integrity, and overall commitment to their customers.

I was hesitating between IKEA and Wren Kitchen, and I finally opted for Wren Kitchen because they claimed selling high end material. It’s a SCAM. The MDF is so badly laminated that any spill will make your cabinets soaked and swollen. My daughter used a normally soaked cloth to wipe the cabinets and it was a disaster. I also need to mention that we needed to contact them to stick to their promise of an interest-free monthly payment for a portion of the cost. They actually charged us interest during our first payment. If you are installing the cabinets by yourself get ready to measure and cut all the panels by yourself. I wish I had bought my kitchen from IKEA!!

This company is completely incompetent. There is not a single part of the process after we signed the paper that has been professional on even the most basic level. We’ve have poor delivery service spread out over more than a dozen attempts. Critical flaws in the design causing extreme delays and added costs. I’ve counted at least 5 vendors Wren has hired as subcontractors but they do not communicate to each other; once they have your money, ALL SERVICE STOPS. We have receive multiple bogus emails from Wren saying that our project when in realtors it’s been over 2 months (over 6 months if you count the design process) and we still have no counter top, no microwave, no plumbing and our refrigerator is I. Our living room. All of the money Wren saved us in comparison to other Kitchen companies has been spent double or triple when you count all the extra days we have to to take off work, the countless time we need to re purchase materials, and pay our own vendors to give competent suggestions on how to fix this mess. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Cabinets were sold as boxed and ready for install arrived needing alot of assembly.Salesman never mentioned that and customer support is non existent.Beware of this company they do not stand by their products.

My experience with this company was mixed. While I appreciated the knowledgeable and helpful staff during the design and planning stages, I encountered several issues once the project began. There were delays with delivery and installation, and at times, communication felt slow and unresponsive. I also received some items that were not correct, which added to my frustration. While the team showed care and professionalism at times, I was disappointed by the inconsistent service and the challenges I faced in getting timely resolutions to my concerns.
Before working with Maya, I also had the pleasure of dealing with another team member Ananda, who was very helpful and attentive throughout the early stages of my project. However, when Maya, the manager, became involved, she truly took the level of service to new heights. Maya listened patiently to my concerns, promptly followed up, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to resolving every issue. Her dedication and professionalism made all the difference in completing my kitchen renovation to my satisfaction. Maya’s support was the highlight of my experience, and I’m very grateful for her help.

I worked for Marriott Corporation for over ten years and consider myself to be a customer service expert. Megan is a true example of someone who understands and provides exemplary customer service. Megan listened with patience to what we had to say, she apologized, she showed empathy and she came up with a solution and asked if that would work for us. Because of our experience with Megan, we will continue to use Wren and we will recommend Wren, just not the Commack Wren Showroom.
I hope you are utilizing Megan to train new staff, she should be sent to the Commack showroom to train the staff there on customer service.

This review is only for the experience I had today with Mya from customer service. My full review from the salesperson is a completely different story and review.
Today was day two of my installation of my new Wren kitchen and there were two major issues that I was told would happen by the installers and that was not the case. I ordered and paid for under cabinet lighting and was told that the installation team would install it but found out that I needed an electrician for that. Then I was told by the Pre-fit technician that my microwave was not up to code, that it had to be 30" above the stovetop. Found out that was not accurate, that 18" is all I needed. After talking to my salesperson about this issue and needed a mock cabinet to screw the microwave into, because the soffit above would not hold it. Never received what I asked for and would have ordered an upper cabinet had I been told the right info. Called Mya twice today and she was absolutely fabulous and cared about what I was going thru and so apologetic. She helped with everything today and even moved up my templating appt. 2 day's and ordered me the upper cabinet and didn't charge me for it as a sign of good faith with my issues. Mya really turned my stressful situation into a positive outcome which I am forever grateful for her patience and kindness. Thank You so much Mya you get 5 star's from me. As far as my salesman, I will be contacting corporate about his leaving out many details and his half truths. This is unacceptable!!

I had an outstanding experience with Heidi. From our first call she was friendly, professional and genuinely seemed invested in helping us. Heidi took the time to fully understand our issues and worked tirelessly to find a solution that met our needs. What stood out to me most was her patience and attention to detail. Not only did she promptly respond to our inquires, but she also kept us informed throughout the entire process thus far ensuring we felt supported every step of the way. Heidi really went above and beyond, taking extra steps like explaining in detail the cabinet face and not being glossy but matte. It’s rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, specially when it was completely the opposite from how we began. We had a terrible sales representative and the store manager wasn’t much better. If it weren’t for Heidi’s dedication and care that she demonstrated this would have been a much different outcome.
Heidi’s customer service exceeded 5 stars!!!

Delivery takes long time. They missed one of my cabinet.
After talking to customer team member and manager, also asked countless times to make sure measurement is correct they sent the wrong cabinet.
I have emailed the manager when I ordered the missing cabinet, to expedite the delivery because it cost me labor and time for my project. They were unable to. Now it cost me a labor again. And they do not compensate for the error they made.

We have had nothing but problems with our order. All of the problems the designer and the team that was supposed to oversee the plans. There were 3 HUGE mistakes and we needed to call the customer service dept. This experience with Ashley & Nikki made the situation more bearable. These ladies went above and beyond to help us rectify the mistakes. They were both patient and helpful and helped us replace parts and worked with us to make the design work better. The kitchen is still not done as we’ve had such huge setbacks but I just wanted to give a huge thank you and appreciation for the customer service support we have received.
Tried calling and emailing the designer and she has yet to return a call or respond to an email. It’s funny but during the process of designing and buying the kitchen she was so attentive and the minute she made a sale it was like we no longer existed.
Do NOT shop at the SELDEN, NY showroom.

Our kitchen journey with Wren has been nothing but disappointment. Starting with Designer at Yonkers office lacking of proper knowledge to guide us in our journey. The vendor assigned assigned to us was very unprofessional, he damaged our walls, part of the material for installation having us to battle with Wren customer support to replace the items damaged because he did not report any missing items.
We were promised one design that he refused to make because he was not shown in the pictures however it was listed on the description. My guess is that he only knew how to read the plans but not the installation instructions. Will not recommend Wren to any one who lacks patience and have high standards like we do.

Every single drawer slide will not go far enough forward to engage the locking/adjustment mechanism. Every single drawer in my order has the sharp tips of the screws that hold the locking mechanisms to the bottom of the drawers are protruding into the interior of the drawer bottoms. Many of the panels arrived damaged. The pull out tower was damaged on the inside. WORSTof all, NONE of the packaging was damaged which means Wren employees thought it would be OK to send damaged products out the door to thier customer.

The person I spoke to was very helpful. He addressed my inquiry in a timely manner. He resolved my question about a product that I didn't need and he credited me for the product. I found him to be very polite and professional. I received excellent customer service.

We had the pleasure in working with Ananda. She confirmed our delivery date. And was able to accommodate our request for a replacement dishwasher with no additional charges. She was patient with all our questions, and answered them with confidence and knowledge. Putting us at ease making us feel 💯 percent comfortable that our order was going to be delivered with no issue.

I just spoke with Ananda and then Raven in customer service and they were both wonderful to work with and we were able to book our install date. Very knowledgable and helpful in finalizing a date and the installer as well.
And a shout out to our salesman Norman Beaulieu!! He was with us from the start and could not be happier with the outcome! From start to finish he had great ideas and patience with us while we figured out colors and design. We will be going back to him for our next projects and referring him to friends and familty as well.
