I finally got the timepiece I want and was able to get it on my wrist during my birthday. Thaïs Dubois was very accommodating and was able to source the watch for me during my short stay in Hongkong after some back and forth messages. She was very professional and diligent. I will definitely buy my next grail watch from her store hopefully soon 🤞🏻

The staff was very engaging and friendly, especially Emi who handled my enquiries both online and in-person. Emi was knowledgeable and proactive in supporting my requests without coming across too pushy. Emi herself was a watch enthusiast, which made for great banter and watch discussions.

It was Wristcheck's strong market reputation that brought me to the shop, but it was Emi's pleasant service that bought me a watch. Will definitely return for my next piece.

Not just the personal interactions and responsiveness of their team (Emi assisting with my purchase), but also the small details...
I had purchased a watch with an exotic material strap. Without asking, the strap was shipped separately, to avoid any customs delays that might impact delivery of the watch itself. The watch was then shipped with a complementary already fitted strap to allow it to be worn immediately.

The packing was extremely robust, with multiple layers of protection. Moreso than any I'd seen prior, including a third party plastic watch protector case.

It's also worth noting all of this was for a much more lower end watch than their standard stock.

From first contact to receiving my watch, I had an excellent experience with purchasing from Wristcheck. Their customer service was quick to respond to any question I had. They made the entire buying process easy. I ordered from the US and they handled shipping very quickly. I was impressed at how well they kept me updated at every step, up until the watch was delivered. Packaging was secure and well done. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the service received throughout the process.

Great experience purchasing a watch with Wristcheck. First using their website to read the overview, and the in-store with an extremely knowledgeable and generous with their time in talking thrrough any questions I had. I would highly recommend buying a watch through Wristcheck. My only very slight area for improvement is making their watch app available beyond the HK App Store.

It’s not easy to purchase a Rolex watch these days, but Emi from Wrist watch was extremely efficient and helpful. Helped me source the exact watch (brand new, full set) I wanted within 2 days, with a relatively competitive price compared to another place I spoke to.

The shop itself is located in Landmark, modern and comfortable shop with friendly staff , and of course Emi who took care of my throughout.

By far, my experience at Wristcheck in Landmark was one of the best I've ever had at a watch store. As an absolute beginner to watches, I was initially a bit intimidated and scared of coming across as unknowledgeable or ignorant. In actual fact I needn't be in the slightest - the staff were more than happy to answer all of my questions as well as teach me about miscellaneous watches/brands. The staff's knowledge and eagerness to share makes it is clear that they are watch enthusiasts in their own right. I also appreciated that they never tried to hard-sell me any watches and did not brush me aside the first time I visited when it became clear I was not going to be buying a watch on that occasion. In their own words, their priority was making sure I got the watch that was right for me. Thank you Henry and Thais! I'll definitely be back.
