Top notch operation. The condition of the watch (BB58 Bronze), was exactly as described! The team takes meticulous care to document the condition of every watch. Best in the world, IMO. The Wristcheck concierge team worked with me to time my delivery and location to accommodate my vacation. The unboxing experience is also SUPERB; I've never received such a meticulously packaged timepiece with such thought and care. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Wristcheck again!

I had sent my vintage Daniel Roth S247 to Wrist Check for service because I have heard good things about Peter, their resident watchmaker. Also, Bvlgari quoted me a large amount to service this watch. Wrist Check’s quote was more than reasonable, and Peter was very professional and courteous. He kept me posted during each stage of the service so I know exactly what was done to my watch. The service was completed in time and the results have been fantastic. I highly recommend Peter and Wrist Check.

They are very easy to work with and will work with you to find exactly what you are looking for. The welcome package and shipping is top notch.
The Best online retailer for watches.

Their listing pictures don't match the actual product pictures (they have in stock) and they list items as Dealer provided (though they are from some private seller). When scrutinized by asking more questions / proof to authenticate, they stop responding; indicating they may be selling replicas (fakes). Please be careful.

UPDATE: These guys are really unprofessional. After this review they reached out to explain, the watch you inquired about (as listed on the Website) is not the Watch we sent across pictures for (so it was basically a bait & switch scheme). I then told them 2 different watches cannot be in same condition or have the same price, please list both on your website and send me info that I asked for (this time for both watches they claim they have - though the bait & switch watch is still not on their website) and they have unethically
/ unprofessionally disappeared again.

This time their excuse (post this update, I assume will be), the one we sent you pictures for (aka bait & switch piece) is now sold OR we told you it will take us time to send you full-set pictures, pictures from all angles AND warranty dates stamped on the cards (guess what it does not take several days to do this, as many other genuine dealers understand the importance of time, especially after such an unethical experience to a potentially new customer).

Please be careful and avoid this (bait & switch) company at all costs.

I brought in a Cabestan winch tourbillon that could not be wound. It's a highly technical and complicated movement from a brand that unfortunately no longer exists, and so for a long time I could not find anyone to service it, until I decided to let Peter have a go at it. I flew to HK and had a talk with the team and it was immediately clear to me that the watch was in safe hands. The repair required tools and components be fabricated by hand from scratch, and the results are flawless! Thank you Peter and the Wristcheck team for the amazing service.
