Telephone now now working for five days - Plusnet could not care less. They can't even decide where the fault is and make and cancel appointments for the engine send me text telling me my phone is fixed.
They now after five days have to put another fault through and this will take another 24 hours before open reach action it.
Their incompetence in dealing with phone faults is only exceeded by their appalling call handlers who cut you off when they can't deal with the fallout!
By the time the fault is dealt with again my phone will have been out for a week.
...... I WONDER WHY I'M SO UPSETT???

We stayed at Boathouse Loft St. Ives Cornwall in Dec 2019 Although the entrance was briefly referred to, it was not described truthfully - anyone considering staying there should be made aware of how poor it actually is, specially if you have small children or you're a non smoker. We were thoroughly disappointed with having to navigate the filthy smelly access daily which is an alley at the rear of the building next to the back doors to the kitchens of the neighbouring restaurants and where the staff congregate on their 'cig' breaks standing in groups or sitting on top of the commercial waste bins that line the alley. Once you navigate round the stinking puddles of bin juice on the alley floor and hold your breath to avoid inhaling the cloud of cigarette smoke you have to pass through to reach the apartment door you then realise the exit door is actually a shared Fire Door with the restaurant below :(

I am here updating the situation again. I’ve contacted dyson after there response, leaving no name or telephone number. After 22 minutes on the phone again having to explaining myself again I was advise someone would ring me back in five minutes, which has never happened. I am still waiting. What is wrong with people how can they get things wrong so many times. Dyson need to retrain staff, there’s clearly issues!!!! I give up I’m going to the ombudsman. I’m going to get a refund for my Hoover. They have totally lost the plot. I am getting more upset that this is happening, no one is perfect but this is taking the biscuit. Dyson customers beware! This has effected myself and my family. Dyson have gone down in my estimation I have lost all faith.😢

Holiday Inn Express Stevenage reception off the hook, no staff available to help, an air con system making a noise like a bi- plane. Honestly I'd rather the indignantcy of staying in a Lenny Henry.
This is worse than disgraceful ranking at the very bottom of customer service and value for money.
I've had a long and tiring day all I want is to rest but here I am doing the heavy lifting
Avoid this hotel and maybe the 'brand' they rakevdo it yourself to another level.

Well anyvan removals asked for reference number replied on here and still not got back to us after losing and damaging our items and not taking responsibility, so we have been advised to go to small claims court, which we are doing steer clear, they haven't got a clue.

I have been dealing with pennine windows for 4 months and still not finished I got the whole house and 2 doors done iv waisted 3 days holiday waiting and atheist 5 hours on the phone to sort my problems out there broke a window promising to come and fix it I ordered a canopie for my front window it's just been left with a flat roof and lead finished the inside window a horrible lump of ply wood a manager has been out twice promising to get everything sorted and to phone me with updates as he can't understand why I am not getting any contact off the office we have been lied to from the start even the survey man and the sales man that came out to our house today iv asked the new md Mr Young to contact me but no one knows where he is been waiting now for a call back for 3 hours ihave now been trying to sort my problems out for 5 months now pennine sent a survey error and he laughed at the finish of our front window still got a broken window upstairs they have promised to ring us no one has iv asked to speak to a senior manager no reply iv tried to ring no one answered only the sales will answered he carnt help been told iam on the bad debt list for non payment reply don't know what to do next it's now been 6 months and not one problem sorted broke n window no canopy no plastering now my new door won't shut properly all I get is we will pass the message on iv tried to speak to the md but carnt get past a manager is he lying to his boss who knows please please don't even think about using this company

My advise if you are offered plants at supposed half price - DO NOT touch them , most of mine died .

I have used eurocell Scarborough branch for the last three months while working on a home project. I found the manager Rob and all his staff most helpful and their product is great quality.

Do not have Safestyle to do any work on your house.
When we were signing up for finance with them we were told there was no interest so just signed and trusted him.
We after 2 years got a statement from Barclays and we are being charged interest.
Also they show you samples of the windows but when they fit them they are just standard glass not what we were shown. The front door was the same. We were shown a different lock but just got a standard lock again not what we were shown.
If we new the finance had interest we would never have taken it out.
Stay away from this company I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.

Do not buy a turbo from these guys the turbos are made from cheap crap
You will seriously regret it customer service is shocking in fact there is none
I purchased a turbo in April 2021 if you searh through the genuine reviews you will see people are saying the same as me stay clear dont be fulled there ratings there turbos really are cheap crap

I have to say the after sales service for the trade centre Coventry is second to none having purchased a car for my daughter I received a follow up call from Dan Latham to make sure I was happy with my purchase he went above and beyond 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend him

I bought £219.81 clothes from CHASTETT.COM in the Pinterest , and paid by Paypal,
But after 2 weeks the items were arrived and the items weren't as described, they were very bad quality and very uncomfortable . I email them to let them know same day delivery that I want to return them and refund me , but until now I didn't receive any respond , I contacted Paypal Customer service but they said contact the company first, every day I contact them but they don't reply,

We booked 8 ferry crossings through this company, the pandemic hit and they changed the crossing to vouchers. However, unless you are travelling within the next 5 days you won’t get a speedy response from an email. Just an automatic reply. In fact we won’t get a reply as we just need to talk to them to rebook! We have tried to go on line and book the ferry but the company seajet whom they booked us with no longer go from that port. So our vouchers of £500 are worthless! We have called them constantly as they are only open from 9-12 and state at the beginning of the call they will cut you off after an hour if they don’t answer! Which they don’t. We understand the pandemic has been difficult for companies but customer service and decency cost nothing! Warning please don’t waste your time with them. I would have given no stars if possible.

An update on my last review about Bristol Street Mansfield. We have finally got our report from the health check that was carried out on our Hyundai when it went in for a recall. It said we needed new brake pads and discs on the front and that they were very worn down and needed doing soon. We took the car to the dealer we brought the car from and they checked it for us. What a surprise the brakes are fine and no where near needing changing. I am so angry with Bristol street they were very obviously trying to con people out of money that they don’t need to spend. This is totally wrong and should be stopped. We wonder how many people have just accepted what Bristol street have said and paid out when they didn’t need to.

I had 19 windows and three doors replaced. Throughout the process HHI Castlereagh were excellent. Initial contact with Rory was genuine and I felt he acted with integrity. Stuart managed the project in a very professional and relaxed manner. Excellent organisational skills meant that the project was kept to an agreed timetable. The fitter Eddie Braniff and His colleague Sam put me at ease with their obvious skill and accurate attention to detail. Punctual and hard working a highly complex job was made easy I would recommend HHI to anyone thinking of installing windows or doors.

I used ucheck for DBS service they guarantee more less within 48hours I paid the 45 pounds after a week I haven't received my certificate I called them told what service you provide for the money they said we just help fill the form up .it's better to use the government DBS service it's cheaper and quicker thank ucheck.they are just a con service and misleading information on their website.they brushed my call and said call DBS for your certificate and why it's taking long.dont use them.
