Omg the biggest scammers was my sons birthday I ordered food after 50 min driver rings me says i cant find your address im taking the order back i went to app told them what happened thy said sorry the driver waited outside your door for 28 min and we cant refund I would give them 0 star not even 1

I placed an order on 20th August and weeks later hadn't received my order so telephoned them. I received an email some time later and was told that there had been a delay in my order. I waited another two weeks before contacting them again and received an email saying that they would refund me. Not the response I expected; hence only two stars and not one. They were polite on the phone and in the emails and that's the only reason why I gave two stars and not one.

We placed an order with victorian plumbing on the 19th September. I hadn't received confirmation of dispatch (23rd September) so I got in contact with them only to be told that they had an item out of stock and so they hadn't dispatch the rest of the stock. I asked them to send the order anyway. The order arrived today with another item missing and to be told that this item is also out of stock. I haven't received any correspondence letting me know. Again, I contacted them to find out what's going on, apparently it's now back in stock and they will despatch it soon. I'm at my wits end with this..... You need to keep contacting them, I won't use them again. I should try Victoria plum next, maybe they have better service....

Hi, I wanted to write a review to let people know about the customer service at WCUK. They are SUPERB!!! Despite various issues that I had with my order (not their fault), they were incredibly helpful and supportive. The lovely Tina at Customer Services helped to resolve my issues with humour and understanding, and issued a refund without a quibble. It was a pleasure to deal with them. Best wishes, Lillian

Beware of what you see advertised, not always what you get

I purchased a fruit bouquet from Berry Bouquet for my brother in law who is going through chemotherapy. The bouquet arrived 9th September and my sister took a picture of basket and sent it with a Thank You. When I saw the picture I couldn’t believe it, it was nothing like what I had ordered, which was a basket of fruit resembling a basket of flowers. This basket looked like a jungle stuck on a cabbage. Sent photo to Berry Bouquet with a complaint and was ignored. I was so upset that I posted a negative review on Trust Pilot. Within hours received telephone call from Berry Bouquet apologising and was offered refund (which I should have taken) or a replacement if I removed review,went for replacement and was told my brother/in-law would receive a basket of fruit the following week. I then received a email informing me that they were relocating and he should receive bouquet week commencing 20th September It is now the 28th September and no replacement was sent. SHAME ON YOU. "Appalling serviced. Mu new card. The pin was not visible so couldn't activate it. 1st call 45 mins no answer 1st email standard answer wait 72 hours. 2nd call 40mins changed pin. Pin didn't work. email letter from Olive S change pin, not visible, email scrap the card it's faulty. Now we have 2 days before we leave for Crete I have €900 locked in my card
e mail Olive same standard 72 hour response. Another phone call 25.mins young man very pleasant advised me I could transfer the 900 into my bank which I did at considerable loss. He promised to phone 10.40 am next day. In case we had further problems . No phone call Amazing, this morning New card arrived... It works this has taken 5 days!
I will be leaving Caxton fx!

Twenty 5 design kitchen and bathrooms wakefield

It took 5 months to supply and fit a utility/boot room in my house ,after which I had to get my own trades to correct all the mistakes and finish off.
Different trades doing the job with no communication between themselves ,each blaming the other for mistakes ,overseen by Mark ,the owner , who frankly couldn’t organise himself out of a paper bag ! He wants all the money upfront and couldn’t care less about the delays and inconvenience to his customers.
When there is communication, the emails are rude demanding and often subject to blackmail and the use of English is appalling
Don’t use this company and yes I almost forgot Mark will walk into your home without knocking and if the door is locked he will attempt to batter the door down to get in !!

e are so up set by the way we orchard caravan holiday park Isle of Wight

We are so up set by the way we was treated at this site my husband had to have a emergency operation and we had to try and change our ferry times
my daughter and her partner when a head with out us we was going to meet them later .
After the way I was spoken to by a member of the staff there and no manger called me to talk about this we did not go on our holiday and I will say I am glad we did not .
my daughter arrived on the Saturday and the caravan was dirty and in appalling disgusting state my son complain And at first they was trying to say it was clean well he took pictures and the caravan was smelly dirty and disgusting
This used to be a lovely place to go but not now no one cares and the service is not good .
The shop has no food or anything In it and they charge disgusting prices for a cup of hot chocolate and a tea which comes out of sashay 😞
If your thinking of booking I would look elsewhere until they improve the customer service and the hygiene of the caravans .
They caravan had spiders everywhere and the sheets on the bed was dirty and this is how it was not even been change from the last occupiers
The fridge was broken and the light not fixed the shower was disgusting with black mould
And list it never ending.
Were is the Covid cleaning In place because clearly it not there because they don’t care
I have sent them two emails but they don’t care as they have not even bothered to reply 😞

i was in the designer room in ayr clearence store the staff were great to work with and very helpful especially Vicki Scott . I bought the Marsala couch great price, and the delivery guys were great very polite and on time. great shop and great prices and lovely staff

BROADWAY TRAVEL “WHERE’S MY REFUND”

I had a holiday booked in Maderia at the start of April with “BROADWAY TRAVEL “ obviously due to covid it was cancelled . I have been in contact with “BROADWAY TRAVEL” on so many occasions I’ve forgotten how many times it’s been ! Sat on the phone for hours to be dismissed “oh you just have to wait” is the response ! Sometimes having to send 3 emails as they would just ignore my mail. I totally understood I would have to wait for a while to receive my refund but it’s now 7 months and I still have no refund !! It’s appalling the disrespect that I have been treated with, just fobbed off, lied to and ignored!! One email I sent asking where my refund was they sent me the same email they had sent 3 months previously, it was only when I pointed this out to them that they sent another ! No apology!
WHERE is my REFUND BROADWAY TRAVEL???? I’m totally fed up of waiting now. Unless I contact them I have heard nothing from them . I had. Another holiday booked that was cancelled due to Covid but that company refunded me in full with 6 weeks, also I know several friends that had holidays booked with other companies that have had their money refunded in full ! What’s your excuse BROADWAY TRAVEL?? I cannot afford to loose my money I saved and paid monthly for that holiday for a year, surely they should of been able to refund part of the money if not all in one go ! £1500 they owe me . I want my money back!! Please BROADWAY TRAVEL, !!

O2 Fraud Department Credit Score - Avoid O2

I have just found out that O2 Fraud Department based in Leeds left an inaccurate outstanding debt against my name due to fraudulent use of my credit card. This debt has never been chased yet I've lived with a Poor credit score for 2.5 years. I have never had an O2 account or phone and in trying to contact someone from O2 - via phoning O2 Customer Services I am repeatedly cut off. Not the type of service you expect from a big business like O2, who clearly don't care about the consequences to their customers of their irresponsible actions. I am fortunate to not have a need for a good credit score but what's really upset me is I can't talk to anyone about how to get this old debt removed. Come on O2 - at least speak to your customer before you blight their credit status.

Europcar charged me a full
Days rental without explanation. When I queried it I was 5 minutes over the 29 minute grace period.
Feeling very disillusioned. Please be aware of your terms and conditions. Europcar don’t care. I won’t get my money back.

Ordered a dining set online then read reviews & wondered what we had done but the set was delivered on time & very professional service throughout. No problem arranging delivery slot & you only need to pay in full 48 hrs before delivery - take a balanced approach before believing all the negative comments

WrenKitchen from Ashton-under-Lyne was fitted 9/8/2021 cupboards installed too low down , despite discussion with designer on space I needed, & I can’t use the worktops as there is very little space , have to tip the kettle over to get it from under cupboard, very dangerous, the company are great until you try & ask them to rectify problems, nearly £13,000 spent & I can’t use the worktops, many phone calls to a non-existent customer service, , emails with photos to the installation dept & nobody has the courtesy to ring me back , next thing has to be legal action , DONT get a kitchen from Wren!! I’m so upset & angry😡

Just put this on Wren FB page & will keep on doing it !
