Do not deal with this company. You will get poor quality and broken goods which they will not allow you to return. I placed 2 orders within a few days of each other and found that there were several thing which did not work, things which did not fit, like too tight shoes, and a dress which did not live up the the description and that I would never wear. I tried to return these items but got no help from customer service who stretched the whole issue out until the very last day of return time by sending document to fill out which, when returned, they took no notice of. When I kept on trying they sent me blank sheets so I was stuck with a bag of rubbish and unsuitable items which cost me a lot of money in total. I had to send some items to a charity shop and bin the rest. They trade as Trenz and ply you computer with advert after advert. I have not been able to unsubscribe but keep trying. Do not deal with these people,keep your money safe and buy elsewhere. This took place from approx 11 may to 27 Jul 2023.

Booked a room and breakfast at a travelodge and as dog friendly paid for 2 dogs. Then discovered not allowed to leave dogs unattended in room so therefore can't go and have breakfast..... not therefore DOG FRIENDLY 😕
GreenSpace UK Conservatory Roofs
The semi-transparent roof of our conservatory had become very shabby and unsightly, and also drummed loudly with each storm. The replacement roof has transformed the conservatory into what looks now like an additional room, remaining bright with the reflected light from the white underside and is definitely warmer than previously. We couldn’t be more pleased that we had it done

National Westminster Bank, closed our branch in Cowbridge and replaced it with a van service every two weeks.
1. Nat West were unable to tell me when the van
would be there, but it comes on a Thursday
between 12.40 and 1.25 p.m. to attend on that day
to find out if the van is there or not.
2. Unable to give an e-mail address or telephone
number to contact in order to obtain the
information as to what dates the van will be

3. You cannot pay in a cheque at the van, told to go

4. You are restricted on how much of your own

On 7 may 23 I 7 Maypurchased from Healthpointoffical.com a blood monitor it was not suitable and I asked for a refund of £54.99
On instruction I returned the monitor but no refund was given
On querying this I was asked for a copy of the proof of posting I emailed it but it was not delivered outlook informed me that it was not possible to make a delivery I tried it again without success
TUI Flights Only Be very aware of TUi change of flight fees !!!

I have never had to do this before and never had such lack of cooperation with an airline . We didn’t ask for a refund just a change of date on one of the flights as my husband has had an accident .
What other airline charges you 70% of your flight cost 8 weeks before flying!!
What other professional business writes to you addressing the letter as Hey!!
I am very very disappointed by their lack of empathy and manner

Unfortunately our booking conditions differ on a flight only booking, compared to a package holiday- and the payment is asked in full at the time of booking to secure the seats, therefor any amendments to the flight in its original state, would mean a loss of the seat.

Ladbroke have message me asking to get in touch about my account being locked they relpyed to my review asking me to email them to see if they can sort it this was 3 days ago I’ve sent them 2 emails and heard nothing back this is about my account with Ladbroke I put a bet on the grand national my one of my horses have won but they have locked my account for security but they let me put bets on and I had to verify on my online banking that it was me who was putting bets on and this is why am fuming they owe me money might not be much but it’s principal now
Do Not use this Hotel, 25 De Mayo, Fray Bentos
We arrived at hotel, 25 De Mayo, Fray Bentos, Uruguay late evening 11th Feb, left our bags and went to find somewhere to eat. There were no eating places open that day in this town so it was a nack from a super market. In the morning of the 12th we were woken up at 06.00 with loud voices on the corridor, after a while I opened the door to remonsrate with the people, this had the effect of loud fist banging and shouting on our door. The person in charge of the hotel was not available.
Upon inspection the shower was leaking permenantly with a torn/dirty shower mat paint missing on the bedroom wall, a wardrobe stuffed full of dirty blankets and pillows, an electrical outlet at the bedhead not in the wall but held together with tape and in the bedside drawer used personal hygene items. No refund from Booking.com. We left.
A word of advice, if you arrive at Fray Bentos, stay on the bus, the town is hopeless.

Avoid shopping at M&S
I returned some clothes to a M&S simply food in January, I received an email on 1st February saying my refund would arrive within 3 days. After many emails, and phone calls, I was eventually told I would receive a cheque (no explanation on why it wasn’t going back on to my credit card). I received my cheque last Friday, today my bank has told me the cheque has bounced. What is happening with M&S, sounds like they are in trouble. Avoid this company, disgusting customer service

Delicious desserts in sauchiehall Street Glasgow. I was in with my friend we had coffee, milk shake and ice-cream 😊 all I can say is great service so helpful the name of the shop is so apt it was delicious can't recommend enough . It's not cheap but it was worth it you can have taster plates so you can share ,good idea, it's a must to visit , first time but won't be our last Well done to the staff
The palace theatre manchester
Was bought tickets for the lion king at the palace theatre on the 1st feb 2023. It was a Christmas present. We were sat in the balcony. I have never seen seats as small as these. im not tiny but I’m not huge either. OMG i was wedged in. I struggled but got myself out. I stood at the back n was told I had to stand on the middle of 2 pillars if I wanted to stand. Or I could watch it on tv in the bar. I was upset n was going home. A man who worked there came just as we were about to leave. He said 2of us could sit in one of the boxes. There were 6 of us so we had to be separated. The show was ruined. He said sometimes they keep a box for people with accessibility issues. How embarrassing I didn’t think I had accessibility issues till I got there. I would never advise anyone to go the the palace theatre unless you are a size 16 or less. Everyone was complaining. It is a case of get as many people in there as possible. Even the steps going down to the seats were very narrow, you couldn’t get 2 people stood side by side. God forbid if there is ever an emergency. It’s totally spoilt my night. I was so looking forward to it. But now I’ll never be able to go to a show again. The palace theatre, please think about giving your customers a good experience rather than how much money you can make.

Depending on Checkatrade guarantee scheme is a risk
Checkatrade replied to my complaint asking yet again for more evidence. We supplied once more copies of all communication with the rogue workman, as requested. Did we hear anything back from Checkatrade? NO, the guarantee scheme seems to be bait to entice the use of Checkatrade. Trusting traders from Checkatrade is a lottery, do not count on the £1000 guarantee scheme when things go wrong, as it did with us. We would like to hear from other dissatisfied customers, please.

This company are a joke I'm on the 4th day of my parcel not being delivered and the cheek of them is they told the retailer they tried delivering it but no one was home. I have proof that they didn't attempt once to deliver my goods and they hide behind a computer because they don't have any contact details. They have changed there company name but I'm sorry it doesn't improve the terrible service.
