Vodafone can't even give one explanation to points we have raised with them (even though they requested we contact them!)

I wrote a review about the appalling conduct by Vodafone regarding my husband's contract and they wrote a reply asking us to contact them. We took this action and 5 days later, we still have not had any explanation to any point we have raised to them, including requesting an official complaints procedure. I give up Vodafone, and will be glad when we can change our broadband and mobile phone contracts.

Evri dumping packages & signing my name

Evri, I bought two tables they were delivered on Monday 10th June,in the morning I got in touch with evri to deliver them on the Tuesday asvi was out all day monday they said they'd pass it onto the
driver,owe no they didn't he delivered them dumped at front door took a picture forged a signature,then I'm notified delivered & signed for,I had to get a taxi home costing me £23, got home they were gone,so thks very much evri for nothing,your driver delivered the following day I asked him why did you forge my name,why did you say you've worked with evri for ages,as I spoke to another driver he told me your new on the job you took over from the woman driver,his face was red he couldn't wait toget away from my stair,after dumping another parcel on a neighbours door. I won't be using evri again trust me,not once in 6yrs did the woman dump a parcel for me she always came back next day not like this fool that's taken her place,as for evri helping NO HELP AT ALL OR REFUND FROM THEM.

I purchased a birthday present on the 4th May for a guarantee 5/7 day delivery from Debenhams on line it is now 20th May after numerous promises and fob off date changes still no parcel they blame Everi there employed couriers, I asking lost just re issue but not that simple for Debenham s .nothing but stress just false promises stay clear terrible management an customer service.

Terrible customer service

I ordered two items from Studio.co.uk on 14th March. I immediately returned both items in the same packaging (the same way I received them). When I checked my statement they had only credited one item and were therefore charging me for the second item. From 16/4/24 I have been contacting customer service (approx 5 weeks now) and they keep advising they are looking into it. I received an email on 18/4 from Nazia Aamir, Financial Services Team advising they will raise a credit of £42.99. This has not been done despite corresponding with them on numerous occasions. They have now added interest to the account which is absolutely appalling! The customer service is absolutely terrible with this organisation. If I could give this zero stars I would. I've had a terrible experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Studio.co.uk. It is also impossible to get speaking to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANISATION!

Christopher Pratt’s Leeds

Christopher Pratt’s Leeds. We have bought many items of furniture from Pratt’s, service always excellent.
This last week I needed a new mattress quickly, I found mould on mine whilst turning it. Initially I rang Pratt’s and spoke to a lady in their bed department called Lyn. To my surprise everything we had purchased in the past was on their computer system, which was great, she knew what we had had in the past,size make etc and could steer me to the product I bought. My previous matteress was from a company that had gone out of business.
This lady had sold us our previous mattress and was extremely helpful.
The service and products at Pratt’s are outstanding, we have not had a bad experience with this company in over 20 years.

Riz the Gas Fitter

Riz the Gas Fitter, who is the business owner of Acer Heating and Plumbing has been looking after my property for a number of years. As I am the landlady, I have always been very happy with all of the repairs and services that he has performed on the gas appliances in the house. I live abroad so there has always been mutual trust and confidence between us, which has been built up over the years. I would highly recommend him to whomever is looking for an excellent service.

Lakeland customer service is sublime

Lakeland have just delivered the best customer service experience that I have ever had. The call taker called Linda was well trained, articulate, humorous and extremely helpful. She resolved my issue regarding a necessary return in an instant. Returning goods elsewhere is often arduous and stressful.
Lakeland & Linda... I salute you!!!!

If you want the very best in veterinary care, Tysul Vets in Llandysul cannot be beaten !

Tysul Vets in Llandysul, SA44 4AE is a new experience for us ! As devoted animal lovers, we want to give the best care and on recommendation, took our Pembrokeshire Corgi puppy, Taff for registration, his vaccination together with five and a half year old miniature Jack Russell, Gitto, for registration and have his toenails trimmed on 20th December 23. It was Siriol Butterworth, veterinary surgeon who attended to them. She is very experienced, polite and friendly welcoming us, keen to explain everything clearly. Reception staff, nursing staff are all very professional and friendly. Our 2nd appointment was on 17th January 24 for Taff’s last vaccination with Siriol too. Service was excellent all round. It is no exaggeration to say Siriol and her staff are wonderful and by far the BEST we had ever come across! I say this categorically having lived in different counties in England and Wales ! They have set the bar way above what you get from other veterinary practices, most of whom are into making money rather than the qualityof care ! It is indeed the case when your beloved ageing dogs are clearly on their last few days suggesting costly this and that procedures only to ask for permission to put them to sleep! It is heartbreaking to say the least !

LV Customer Care just an illusion

So the latest update on my appalling insurance experience with LV. In the public reply to my last review LV once again present the illusion of customer care whilst the reality of my experience is the exact opposite. Thousands of pounds worth of malicious damage - most of which a 3 year-old child would recognise to be malicious - given the likelihood that a 3 year old child's view would at least be honest - unlike that of LV. Also I have discovered that over the two years that I have been fighting with LV for fair compensation I have been charge an increased premium for the privilege. Unbelievable thievery.

I just had the most horrible experience…

I just had the most horrible experience with the KLM airline that l flew in with on the 9 December 2023. I have been calling the customer service no.from the 10 Dec - 23 Dec spoke several consultants ( Paul, Margo, Cartalia) on the customer service line on 00442076600293 but Paul said he doesnt care about my lost bags. Asked the details for this manager and informed me no one can help me. This has been the worst and pathetic service l have ever received from this airline. Can someone assist me.

I had open cell loft insulation installed. Since having it installed I have been refused equity release on my property due to the installation. I was assured before the installation that there would be no problem remortgaing but this is not the case. I have been in contact with the company several times but they do not accept fault to mis-selling the product to me.

I am terminal with cancer and need a TURPS. I saw the consultant in derriford Plymouth and he couldn't do it till late next year as long there was no more strikes?? I made an appointment with Nuffield urology and to my surprise I was shocked to see the same consultant. I had duly filled in the forms requested and said do you require a debit card and was told as I had been before they had my details. I went into see the consultant who informed me that he wouldn't do the operation there as they don't have the facilities I would need?? Why couldn't he have called me and told me rather costing me hundreds of pounds for 5 minutes of him whining how he was unable to do it. As I have a limited time to get this done and make love at least once to the woman I love before I die. A few days later I received a demand with menace to pay £195 or the bailiffs would be round. I phoned his secretary to ask for him to call me but as he is spineless nothing has been heard

Won on eBay a camo sleeping bag
£50 + £6.99 p&p
From this cyprinus company based in Swindon ,
Received a sleeping bag which was totally different, messaged them , they said "oh dear "we have sent the wrong one , I sent it back straight away , £5.93 , instead of honouring the deal on eBay they just refunded £51.06 , I told them I just wanted the sleeping bag I won , even put a note in box saying please send me the camo sleeping bag I won , "complete scammers ", so they took it back and re advertised again on eBay .
Totally discusting, wasted time waiting in for it to be delivered+ plus the postage both ways
Avoid at all costs , seems like I'm not the only person they have done this too either .

I bought the 3 Roman Blinds from Hillarys and they are just what I wanted. Advisor Bravo 116495.(Muz) Fitters came on time, polite, pleasant and the blinds were put up expertly, no fuss, no mess. They took away all packaging too.
Showed me how to work them all with the safety fixture.
Fully 100% satisfied. Job well done
