Purchased this for my mom's birthday, she's diabetic. We loved it! the only thing strange is it doesn't really have a gram cracker crust or anything, but still tastes great! Shipping was efficient and timely. Will order again for other occasions.

I ordered a birthday cookie for my son and when it arrived, the writing and decorations on the cookie were all over the place, broken in pieces. It was a disappointment to see it delivered and the frosting was not in tact.

My Mother’s Birthday was on July 5th. She’s not a fan of traditional birthday cakes. She was due to be traveling on her birthday so I scheduled delivery of the cinnamon walnut coffee cake on the 9th after she returned home. Then she changed her plans. With only two days notice, 1-800-Bakery.com was able to change delivery to the 5th. As for the coffee cake, it was the best we ever ate. It was well packaged. It came with a birthday kit that included some decorations and napkins to go with the cake. Well worth the money.

I was a little hesitant to use 1-800-Bakery. I had never heard of them but their reviews seemed promising and I needed something fast for an event my company was holding. Shortly after placing my order I received an email from Chef Stephen to confirm my delivery which I'm so glad he did because had he not I would have not gotten them in time for my event. Chef Stephen also resolved the issue to make sure I received it on time. Impressed by the customer service. Also when I received the cookies they were Beautiful. I was so impressed, and they tasted amazing. We will defiantly be using them again. Thank you.

It took a prolonged period of time to get a live person to place the order; finally gave up & had to order through customer service... the Rep was very pleasant & helpful... Cake arrived for Fathers day in good condition; My father loved it !.

I order you cake for my birthday it was excellent.

The package was not delivered on time. This was my son’s birthday I schedule it well in advance and paid a significant amount for delivery and yet you failed. I will never use bakery.com again. Extremely disappointed.
