Easy to install and as per description it was a perfect fit

Bracket never received - trying to communicate with company but they are blaming courier and courier are looking for it - disaster! Order was despatched in January- I’ve been chasing since 7th March. Don’t use this company. Wish I’d looked at reviews before I ordered. No offer of refund nor confirmation of signed for delivery or replacement bracket. Just left waiting!

I bought a bracket for my Sony Bravia TV. Advertisement said 'Guaranteed to fit my Sony TV" . It didn't fit unless I ourchased and adaptor set from them. Emailed and told them I wanted an adaptor set FOC or I wanted to return it at their cost as it was mis-sold. I got a reply from Gemma at 123 Brackets which said

"Thank you for your reply. I am sorry the bracket will not fit your TV.
Kind Regards
Gemma"

That's it. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISGRACE!

Terrible experience, avoid this retailer.

I purchased a bracket for my Sony TV which was, in their words, "guaranteed to fit". Guess what, it turned out it didn't - apparently it needs an additional adaptor which costs £60. I asked them to either send the adaptor free of charge, or give me a full refund, but they refused to do either.

Have contacted traded standards.

Be aware that you can't trust what's on their website, and if you have a problem they won't help you.

Received quickly. good product. does cover up some attachment s at the back but none that I needed.

Avoid! I got a different product with extra attachment to the one i ordered.
it was delivered poorly packaged obviously opened previously.
and the bracket was a cheaper product to the one i ordered
hard to get a response on email and phoneline is disconnected...

Product arrived late and poorly packaged. Dismal instructions. Lousy product requiring lots of assembly which I could have coped with if the parts had been included... but of course they were missing. In any case the parts they sent would not Mach the tv they "guaranteed" would fit.
In short, crap, frustrating, incomplete product. Will now attempt to return. The very many negative reviews out there suggest I will get nowhere.

Never heard of this company found them online, called the 0203 number and a very helpful person helped me find the most appropriate products for my needs. I ordered online it came the next day. I needed a bracket which would support a 22"monitor and allow it to be pulled out and pushed back to and from wall by over 21" (530mm). Straightforward to fix and all fixings included, not cheap but still well impressed! The only slightly funny/odd thing was the means of communication about delivery, I got email which said from "Sales Department" no name of company or any identifying text, I had no idea who it was!

Like many others on here, I wish that I had read these reviews prior to ordering from 123Brackets.
My bracket was delivered in quick time. What was delivered was an absolute disgrace.
The nuts, bolts and screws holding the bracket together looked like they had been left out in the rain and snow all winter.
The nuts, bolts and screws were in a terrible state of corrosion. I presume the state of the bracket was the result of flood damage?
As everyone else has stated, there is no phone number that is answered. Don't bother to ring 020 3886 0602, their official contact number as it doesn't get answered.
It would appear they only hide behind email and even that is largely ignored.
Anyway, I eventually got a response and a 'solution' to the problem bracket. They offered me a discount (small one) and all the screws, nuts and bolts replacing and I would have to rebuild it.
Needless to say I turned this 'generous and tempting' offer down.
I have had nothing back from them and it's nearly 3 weeks since my original order.
So, I have a rusty old bracket and no refund.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a bracket. It came very quickly as advertised. But I'd ordered the wrong one so I completed the online form for an exchange. Nothing. So I rang. No answer. So I filled the form again, and rang again. Nothing. I drove to the address on the website. Could not find 123. Filled the form in for a refund (by this time a replacement from Curry's was on my wall!). Eventually got some action and a form for returning the bracket, cost me £17 but my error. PayPal refund was processed within a day of receipt which is fine. But it all took over 2 weeks.

Great product. It was super easy to install. The Instruction manual was the most clear manual I have ever read. The way they separated their bolts and screws should be the golden standard today. I actually had enjoyed to install something in my house, which is pretty rare.

Waited a week for the bracket even though it was next day delivery. When it arrived it was incomplete and not as advertised so you cannot attach it to the wall. Tried the phone number and literally rang it over and over for a couple of hours and no response. Avoid this company like the plague!!!!!

Although I received an email confirming my new TV bracket has been dispatched on 30 Oct 2016, no item yet delivered (as at 10 Nov 2016) and nobody answering the telephone at Brackets 123. No response to my email enquiry. Just not what the modern consumer expects from a web based business. Nobody from Brackets 123 has been rude to me because nobody has bothered to answer the phone or reply to my email.

I just wanted to compliment 123brackets.co.uk with how they conduct their business, its like Ronseal paint "It does what it says on the tin".

I have been shopping around for a TV bracket for a number of weeks and contacted a number of eBay suppliers who were selling these products as well. However, they could not tell me if my Sony TV VESA setting 300x200 was compatible with the product they were selling.

That is until I came across 123bracket.co.uk. The website was informative, well written, great level of product detail with VESA compatibilty checks.

So I placed my order 12/10/2016 at approx 1650pm, and have been receiving updates regarding delivery of the product ever since. The item has arrived NEXT Working Day as promised.

Wish other businesses would follow your methodical approaches to deliver customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend your business to others, and 1,000,000,000% use it again.

Was dubious of ordering given some of the scathing reviews on here, but have had a fantastic experience of 123brackets since deciding to go for it... a) 24hour delivery was spot on (via UK Mail) ..b) when product arrived I needed advice on how to optimise for my TV model, client services (Gemma & Lee) were really helpful, provided assistance and even though it was possible to use the bracket I had they offered to send out another alternative that would look better with my TV... c) replacement bracket arrived at no additional cost within 2hours via UK Mail.
Really pleased, great service all round and would definitely use again & recommend to others - thank you!

Perfect service

I spent a while on ATVs web site looking for a stronger pole for my aerial. Loads of info. and a well laid-out site.
Having ordered what I thought was correct .....They rang to check that I had a second bracket (not ordered) as they recommend a 2-bracket install for my chosen pole. We had quite a chat during which they gave me additional advice on siting the brackets.
A professional service then, not just selling me what I thought I wanted,. Well done !

I bought a 32" smart TV to go on the wall of my new kitchen, but had trouble finding a bracket locally to fit. I saw 123brackets & rang them for help. They were very responsive & gave me a couple of options to choose from. The price was very competitive and delivery really quick! My electrician was impressed & had no problem fixing the bracket to the wall & to the TV. I would definitely recommend this company.
