123brackets Avis 

I bought a swivel and tilt wall bracket for my 27" AOC monitor. The price was reasonable and the product is strong and quite easy to manoeuvre. I placed the order at 7.30pm on a Tuesday and it was despatched on the Wednesday. I can't honestly recall whether or not it arrived the next day as I was not ready to use the bracket so took little note.. I was happy with the product and the buying experience and would use 123brackets again

The whole process was quick and easy. Delivery was speedy and efficient. When I need a bracket in future I'm going back to them. The price was also the best I found.

Definitely wouldn't use this company again. The customer service is slow, the 24 hours delivery guarantee is a lie and as a result of both, I'm now sitting here, having ordered another backup bracket from elsewhere. I placed my order on Saturday expecting it by Tuesday for a rush job. (I only found out on Monday that their 24 hour timeframe only refers to working days). It's now Wednesday and nothing. Shame really - as it's probably not their fault but UKMail - their fulfilment partner. But nevertheless, the slow customer service doesn't help and there is no point in guarantee delivery if it's the customer is going to suffer from the inconvenience to themselves.

I had a iphone 4s from 2011/2012 until 2015 and to be fair it still met my needs to a point as my phone was just used for the odd text but mostly it was used for music so in 2015 16gb is just not enough it was time for the dreaded upgrade. I decided on the s5 for the following reasons.

1, the screen is beautiful
2, it has a fair bit of power
3, the battery
4, it has a good camera
5, expandable memory up to 128gb!!!(this is a huge reason i bought this phone)
6, its android.
Personally to me this phone is better than the s6 as you dont have to pay though the nose for more memory for the phone + 128gb sd card its about £360 all in for the s6 128gb model its over £600. Most of the performance the s6 has is not noticeable to 90% of people only is it noticeable on paper.

I play ps1,snes games on my s5 i have a 128gb sd card in it and it does everything beautifully only down side i have with the s5 is the bloat ware.

If you want a phone that is actually good and you dont care on the latest and greatest looks this phone is a good buy with some power under the hood.

After reading some of the reviews on here I decided to post this to try and clear up some issues. Yes it does come "Flatpack" style but its 4 bolts and very simple to put together. The whole bracket is of good quality and I believe it will have no problem supporting my LG 47" TV. I would recommend using a 9mm drill for the holes just for that extra snug fit when fastening it to the wall. The bracket does come with bolts and spacers which did fit my LG, but as this is a universal stand don't moan that it hasn't got the exact ones for you. Most TV's come with the bolts already in the back anyway! If you are using this bracket for a large TV you will need a long screwdriver to tighten up the security bolts when its on the wall.
Overall have to say for the price this is a bargain and I would have no issues purchasing again.....On a final note did notice some comments moaning that on a smaller TV you could see the top of the bracket, The product has an image showing the measurements....Stop marking a product down because you didn't check the details!

I wish I has seen these reviews before I placed an order with the company on Friday 30 November. Do not rely on their claim that 'Next day delivery' applies to orders made before 5pm, which in my case was up to 2pm on the Saturday. Having wasted the day waiting for a delivery which did not arrive I emailed them on Saturday to cancel the order which evidence suggests has still not been despatched. I telephoned the number on the website this morning to ensure they had done as I requested. I spoke to an extremely rude man, who identified himself as part of the sales team, and told me everything has to be done by email and I would just have to wait. He refused to discuss my complaint or give me an alternate phone number and hung up on me. When I called back all I got was abuse. I have already been on to my credit card company who have told me I have to wait 5 days before they can do anything. I would advise you to avoid this company at all costs!

So the main issue is with their choice of distributor, UKMail - but the service from 123 brackets has also been very poor.

Ordered 7th October for NBD delivery.
2 failed deliveries on the 8th and 9th (NOT 123 brackets fault - this is UK Mail).
Tried calling Saturday 10th on their websites number, no answer and received message 'that no one was there to take the call.'
Logged a complaint on Saturday 10th via their online portal.
Chased this response after further failed deliveries and hearing nothing further on Wednesday 14th October - was told that the complaint couldn't be dealt with by phone but someone would email me back.
Received email on the afternoon of October 14th and a follow up the same day.
Received nothing further on the 14th.
Emailed again on the 15th October and 16th with no response.
Tried calling on October 21st and received the same 'no agent available to take call' message.
STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TV BRACKET!
Will be calling the card company immediately to request a refund.

I ordered a bracket on 6 October, and received a confirmation email. My account on the website says 'Approved' for the order. I've tried to email through their website several times to find out what's happening, no response. I called their number and the person on the phone said they don't handle queries on the phone. Not sure what to do next, the customer service is awful!

Apparently the "after sales" team only work by email. I've emailed them, and been told 3 times on the phone that they will get back to me, but they haven't.

The TV bracket we bought was very cheaply made, and you are supposedly meant to make a separate order/call to find screws that fit your actual TV, despite it being a "universal product". Check out other forums. Steer well clear of this company.

I placed an order on the 24th October 2014, but received nothing further via email. So on the 27th October, I sent an email asking what was happening with the order, but had no response.

I called on the 28th and the lady I spoke to could not find any record of the order, even though the money had been taken out of my bank account. I then sent a further email and got a response that they don't ship to Jersey where I live! Can't their system identify a non-ship-to region from the postal code? Seems not.....

I even offered to pay towards the postage, but the lady wouldn't ship it.

I received the refund as stated, which was the only smooth part of the transaction.

I ordered an equivalent item from amazon.co.uk which was almost half the price, with free shipping.

I am doing this review because they promised a free HDMI cable, so let's see if they'll deliver that to Jersey! ;0)
