Couldn't have been more easy !!!!! ordered placed and the goods were delivered on time what more can you want

Having purchased a vanity unit and basin combination as a 'special offer', I was a little sceptical about the quality. I am pleased to say I was wrong, as the quality was superb. Though the item was out of stock initially, 4bathrooms were brilliant in getting it to me the moment it arrived with them.

Delivery on web site said 7 - 10 days, my order arrived in 3 days, the company phoned me on the day to let me know to give me a time slot I am very pleased with the service and would recommend to friends. Prices are excellent too.

I was impressed all round with this company. The taps I ordered were delivered punctually, soundly packaged and reasonable price. I called in my plumber to put them on the bath and was horrified when he told me I had a bath on which taps could not be replaced. I really thought In would lose my money as returns are sometimes very difficult. However, there was no problem at all returning them and getting my refund. I would certainly recommend this company.

Having purchased items which were competitively priced we were badly let down by the pallet delivery service who called to arrange a suitable time then simply failed to turn up on the arranged day. Thankfully our delivery costs were refunded, however it was several days until a convenient time could be organized for re-delivery and I had lost a valuable days holiday when it didn't arrive. Having now, over a week later, got the time to re-arrange fitting I find that one cabinet door handle has a non existent thread and there is a very small chip to the door of our sink cabinet. I have decided to rectify these minor issues myself rather than attempt to spend more of my time taking the issue up with either the vendor or manufacturer.
A customer service plus for the delivery refund, however the whole purchasing experience has left me disappointed and is one I won't be repeating nor recommending.

We have just had a downstairs toilet block built, so as to bring us nearer to the 21st century. We wanted a suite which was would pass the test of time. Our builder told us about this company and having looked through the small booklet showing their products we were amazed by the prices. We went to the showroom to check out the quality and again were impressed. Everthing is more or less white but we were happy with that . We have now ordered and received the items (which incidently are not flatpacks) and are still happy with everything, We are now waiting for the plumber.

All goods recieved 5 days from order date ,The square tolet seat was a letdown and bad fitting and will have to go back . the shower screen is a folding nightmare but was upgradeable to a static for an extra £64 ridiculas .I rent propertys and tried this company because they were local but Plumbworld and Better Bathrooms are still superior with next day delivery and choice of screens at no extra cost .
The staff were helpfull with a bias to upsell.
The same price deal was available from the other suppliers and I would have got what I realy needed .
I upgrade at least 4 bathrooms and kitchens each year on my rental propertys and carry out the work myself so I know the pitfalls

This item arrived damaged, Unfortunately, by the time we spotted it we were at the point of 'no return' and now will have to live with it. Where the hinges on the top pull down cupboard are attached, a screw has caused the panel to split. - instead of the four screws required for each hinge - there is only two. This may be because of the splitting - it is my guess that this should not have passed Quality Control. Also, when the the sink was placed on top of the fit was poor and it was very wobbly. There was nowhere to attach the plug and the plastic piece (which should not have been plastic in my view) arrived broken and looked cheap and nasty and the unit looked better without it. We currently having a lot of work done at the moment and did not inspect it thoroughly - lesson learnt. On the plus side it looks great and (if it was not damaged) good value for money.

The on-line provision is easy to use and backed up by very efficient telephone service for those odd questions.
The delivery was pre-notified and delivered well within the time boundaries..

very easy site to use, great prices and could choose delivery methods. wanted a small bath - they were the only ones to keep the size we wanted in stock, the taps that I decided on - were double the price in B & Q!
Very helpful delivery man - he even brought a different waste for the bath - so I could have a choice between a round one or a square one!

4bathrooms dispatched my order swiftly and it arrived securely packaged and in good condition. A minor glitch was that there was no e-mail informing me of the fact that the package had been dispatched.

Unfortunately my order wasn't exactly what I wanted, although it was what I had ordered. The manufacturer had upgraded the product without changing the model number, and therefore would not fit into my existing pipework - not the fault of 4bathrooms. Therefore I had to return my order, and this process was handled efficiently and politely. Customer services (Nett Haddock) kept me informed of the progress throughout, and my money was returned within a couple of days. I would definitely use them again, were the need to arise.

Excellent, fuss free service. Quick delivery. Arrives, undamaged, when expected. Good prices. Can't ask for more than that.

First class service, everything was perfect. Order delivered in two days. Had a phone call the day before with an estimated time which was kept to the hour.

I received a leaflet some time ago and put it in a safe place until I needed it. The website was very easy to use and great for making comparisons. I checked the prices against Wickes and B & Q and they were very compatible. My order was acknowledged immediately and delivery was received very promptly. We checked the order when it was received and everything appears to be in order, although we have not installed it yet. I would have now hesitation in recommending 4 bathrooms in fact I already have.

The item was by far the cheapest for the same item, it was delivered within days and even came ready built. Very impressed and very pleased, will keep the website link on my phone and WILL be using them again.

Very happy with the service provided. Staff were particularly helpful and patient in sorting out an error in my ordering. The purchase itself was well priced and delivered at the time promised. Overall very good and I would recommend 4bathrooms without hesitation.

I ordered a drawer unit 8.00pm Wednesday, it arrived at my door at 10.30 am Thursday - you can't ask for better service than that. We also recently purchased units for our cloakroom an en suite - arrived in 3 days. Fitted beautifully by a local plumber an looked superb. They are really good quality for the price, which you would have to pay more for from other sources. We are now in the process of refurbishing our main bathroom and will purchase again from 4Bathrooms.
