Buying was east,. Delivery was super fast, and I can give nothing but praise for you.

the instruction booklet for fitting was completely unreadable - blurred printing, took 3 bathroom fitters to try and assemble.
As purchased for 50% it makes it good value for money

We ordered everything we needed for ou new shower room, including fitted cupboards, and chose 4bathrooms as it was cheapest. Believing you get what you pay for, we thought it would be a bit 'budget', but were very plesantly surprised by the good quality of the units. Everything is very well finished, with no rough edges. Delivery was very quick - ordered Monday afternoon, delivered first thing Wednesday, and everything there, with no damage. Excellent all round!

4bathrooms came up much cheaper than anywhere else even the big online bathroom names were a fair bit more expensive, although 4bathrooms didnt have the wide range the others have.

No hassle, delivery arrived when stated unlike some other big companies I used who messed me about.

As a professional bathroom installer I am more than happy to recommend 4bathrooms for their speedy response to all orders and queries. I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent service. I ordered on-line and forgot to add an item. I emailed them that night to ask them to add it to the order and they called me first thing the next morning to take the order. They successfully added and all the order came together very quickly. I thought the fact that I had ordered online, then emailed a separate order, there might be some delay or mistake, but they got everything exactly right. Very good value for money

Paid extra for next day delivery & whilst bath arrived, the kegs/stand didn't.
Not a great customer service experience when I called and then told it would be 2 days before they would arrive. Not good when tradesmen were coming the next day to fit! After complaining was offered £25 refund

Make sure you look here first before buying any bathroom equipment.

My on line buying experience was spoilt by the delivery service. We bought a shower screen for my daughter who lives on her own in a flat on the first floor. The delivery service would not deliver to her flat and would not take away the wood pallet.

Very disappointed and may stop me buying again.

Buying from 4bathrooms for the first time,but would recommend this company to anybody.Great value and service a must for anyone doing their bathroom.

Shocking, truly shocking.

Ordered a Doc M Pack from these guys for a job. What arrived was a miss matched pile of junk and wrong or missing parts. When I complained and asked for a new one to be dispatched asap as it was holding the job up. First they asked for pictures to prove it, took and age to respond and then they said they'd collect the wrong one and return the money. Not bothering to tell us when the guy was coming to collect it so that he turned up while the box was still on site was pretty much the final straw.

Avoid at all costs.

As we had been let down by our previous supplier, it was with a little bit of concern that we tried a new supplier. 4bathrooms were as good as their word with delivery date and time, unfortunately a small piece on the pump was broken ( probably heavy handed courier) however 4bathrooms supplied the replacement part and we received it the following working day. It was also nice to be able to speak to a human being and not some faceless idiot at the end of an e-mail address. Will use again without hesitation.

Ordered Sunday, desptached Monday, delivered Tuesday. Excellent service. I did call on the Monday as I hadn't received a despatch confirmation (sometimes get nervous with online purchases), girl on the phone was nice as pie and confirmed despatch and delivery dates.

Bath, Loo, Sink unit, bath panel and shower screen. Looks great. All for under £500.00

I ordered a tap pull down. for my kitchen @ £50 you delivered an electric sweeper ! I then had to go out and bye another that day because kitchen fitters were @ my door to fit my kitchen. you exchanged the tap day after but it was too late i was gonna send the tap back but the fitters offered me the money for the tap as they were gonna fit on another job lucky YOU

Could not understand speech of delivery man!

Lady on desk could not recall i had spoken to earlier on day of delivery!

We ordered our bathroom furniture on line which was quick and hassle free. The website is very clear and easily accessible. We quickly found exactly what we needed and ordered it.

It came within a week and was delivered by a really helpful friendly guy.

The products are top quality at fantastic prices. We saved a fortune.

I would have no hesitation recommending 4 bathrooms to anyone.

Past experience has led me to be wary of on-line bathroom retailers. Glad to say that this one turned out to be really good - order placed at noon on Sunday, goods delivered 08.30 Following Tuesday, well packaged, no damage, no problem.

I purchased a toilet, received when said, on installing found a missing part to the cistern, rang on 3 occasions with no answer, sent 2 emails no reply and still waiting.

We placed the order which was straight forward. I called them to check all was ok because I placed order on a bank holiday Monday. The lady said yeah everything's fine u will receive a call by end of the week to confirm a delivery date. That didn't happen! I had t make 4 further calls , no- one called me despite being assured someone would . Finally after voicing my dissatisfaction and poor first impression I was called back after 10 minutes and told order would be with me the next day on fri 6th June ! Good job it was my day off ! Otherwise that would have meant yet another delay .
