I required a bespoke catio that fitted over the patio doors at the rear of my property .
The measurements were absolutely crucial or it would not fit give or take 5mm .
Chloe was amazing and very patient and so helpful.
After a lot of checking and rechecking I had the enclosure built.
It fitted perfectly 😁.
I also have to say the build quality is solid and extremely well made. Mine was painted black (Its more suited for my home).
So yes, a big thank you to Chloe and the person / people that made it .
Would I recommend 4Wire? Definitely.

Ordering our lean to catio was straightforward, it took around a month to arrive which was as expected. The catio panels are sturdy and well made. We opted to construct it ourselves and it only took a couple of hours, no special skill or tools required. We’re very pleased (so is our cat) and would definitely recommend 4wire.

Great customer service from Chloe. Ordered a cat play pen 6 x 8.50 x 6ft with roof. Rubbish at DIY so ordered fitting service too.
Gaz and his cousin delivered and fitted today. Outstanding! Nice chaps, very chatty and friendly and very tidy with their work. Photos don’t do the play pen justice, it looks amazing in the flesh so to speak. Went for the basic treated brown and it is a nice shade of brown so pleasantly suprised.

Reasonable quality when they get the order right, but my second order from them was built to the wrong size with the wrong mesh, and they refuse to engage. Having to go through credit card company to get the transaction reversed, as they will not respond to emails nor agree a replacement.

Needed to order a custom catio to fit on the back of my bungalow as none of the standard sizes fit the area. Really great customer service. I dealt mainly with Chloe who kept me posted at each step and made the process easy. I’m so grateful - thank you. Catio delivered and fitted by them and it’s A-MAZ-ING!! It’s a work of art and I couldn’t be happier. My beautiful deaf baby girls gonna love it (when it’s not freezing cold 😁)
Price was great as I got a couple of local companies to quote to and they were much more expensive for a smaller size.

Catio was terrible quality, some panels had missing wire mesh, others had broken and barbed bits of mesh, paid extra for a paint job that had worn off, items not sent out with original order, it's a good job there is a word limit here because the problems are endless.

No response from the company despite several emails, have now approached credit card company to reverse the transaction. Awful experience.

If you want a product that looks like it was made by someone on work experience, then look no further.

Easy to use website. I had a question and email answered within minutes. Purchasing 6 foot by 6 foot enclosed walk-in rabbit unit. The build on site option is a little pricey so decided to do ourselves since the product is designed in a easy to build way. There’s an easy to build YouTube video 4 minutes long which is super helpful. The only negative I have is. The price you see has VAT added at checkout. So my £400 unit went up to £489. I understand you have to add VAT but would have been nice to see as adding bits to the order.

My browser refreshes with my Adblocker. Causing the standard price to show even if you have selected additional items. I.e add the fox prevention the price does change. But if you refresh the page it shows the standard price but also shows you have selected the fox prevention option.

Catio itself was good but 4wire acknowledge triangle shelves made from defective wood. Stated they would send new ones but no word when and not responding to communications. Currently placing a cat and kitten at risk. Please sort this!

My new 6x4free standing catio arrived this week. It is strong, looks good and was erected by a family member in under 2 hours. Every piece was exactly the right size, the supplied screws were strong and the wire attached with no gaps or sharp pieces. My three cats can climb easily without fear of injury.

I ordered standard dark stained wood as it blends into a garden setting easily. I am absolutely delighted with it and I don’t hesitate to recommend this company for the quality, response to questions and delivery when expected. Top marks from me.

I am writing this review a year after my catio was put up. I ordered an enclosure through Ebay in April 2020, delivery took forever then arrived without notification. Once the delivery driver left I unpacked the catio to see split wood, messaged to be told that I could return for a refund but would have to pay return postage. I had been waiting for so long that I decided to put up the catio and stained it again to seal the cracks instead. It worked well and seemed ok once put up, although the door was twisted. One year later the cracks have opened up, every single screw, bolt, hinge and most of the staples are rusty, the door is now so twisted it wont even open if it has rained. It is on a patio so completely level. There is sap coming out on some of the panels and it is just a mess. So much so I am replacing it. The quality is awful and not made to last at all, I am contacting Trading Standards to see where I stand as catios are supposed to last longer than a year.

Amazing enclosure, ordered a 6ft x 6ft for my 3 ferrets, my wife and i put it up yesterday and its solid as a rock. Much stronger than I expected it to be. Imo it's zoo quality. Well done 4wire, the Delivery driver was excellent, very kind and helpful.
I'll be doing more business with you in the future!

I had a customised catio fitted in February which looks amazing. It looks even much better in real life than on pictures. Shaun and his friend did a really good job fitting it and they were very polite. I am very happy with the Catio and my cat loves it too. My only problem was with communicating with them. It took them ages to reply to emails when discussing measurements etc. I wanted to order the Catio ASAP but communicating what I wanted with the right meauserments etc took more than a week as I had to wait days for a reply after each email I sent. Chasing them up was very frustrating but I still give 5 star due to the brilliant job they have done fitting it and the Catio looks fabulous.

Ordered the 9ft by 6ft free standing animal enclosure. The enclosure itself is very good and sturdy, however it arrived chipped from the corners. In addition, we ordered an additional rope bridge for £21 which was absolutely tiny and really not worth the money. Overall good review.

Had a 6ft x 9ft free standing catio installed today and am absolutely thrilled with it. Shaun was great - took the time to position the catio on my patio area and went the extra mile to fit a piece of wood to cover a couple of gaps and also to use some spare decking pieces for extra shelves. My cat loves the enclosure and I am very happy.
Only slight problem was email communication with the sales staff working from home and unable to speak via the phone - a bit frustrating when spending so much money.
The gentleman in the office at 4wire who answered the phone was very helpful.

From a distance the catio looks awesome. Unfortunately there is quite a few flaws with it close up.
The wire is bulging in places and not pulled flat, this just makes it look untidy. Also the wire is cut in a couple of places!? Not sure why.
I had to have the door replaced as the first one swelled and wouldn’t open. Took a few emails and phone calls but managed to get it sorted.
The replacement is fine though.
The corner shelves are awful, wrong colour and falling apart already. They look like a thin bit of plywood. The other shelves are lovely and thick, not sure why they used such cheap corner ones.
The rope bridge fell apart. It’s pretty useless and held together by staples and rope. The black roof is lovely and great quality, however it’s not fixed to the house so the rain pours through and makes the windows filthy each time, it really needs sealing or something. I paid for erection as I am not good at diy. The man fitting it was lovely and professional and I have no complaints about him at all.

We really appreciated the hard work of Shaun and Charlie fitting our catio. It has exceeded our expectations; it is spacious, sturdy and solid, and looks really nice. The cat is already at home in it. Highly recommended.
