Profit over quality

I recently visited the store located at the corner of Ashley and Wilkinson Blvd Charlotte NC (first visit at this location), I purchased a sausage dog and the buns were not fresh - one bite in, the bun completely fell apart. I brought it to the attention of the manager who kindly offered me another bun upon request - same result. I also noticed that all of the condiments were heavily watered down and as a result they lack favor. I was very disappointed because I just wanted a good dog.

Trash

There is not a single location in Nashville that is a clean establishment. Either they have no running water in the bathroom, or the urinals look like they weren't cleaned in a decade, or prices are mislabeled, or staff is rude....and I've likely been in all of them.
Do better.

Franchisees are fine, app (and customer service) aren't

While 7-11 has many convenience stores and the service in the stores has been mostly good (franchisees aren't the problem with this company), don't use their app because it will become a landmine for you. I had a "wallet" set up in my app account, but then had problems with the app so I closed the account for a few years (with the wallet still having some money I "deposited" in it). Then I tried to restart the account and the wallet in mid-2025. The account accumulated points but which I couldn't use for anything. The wallet was also unusable so I and the 7-11 support team spent many hours over a period of two months to get it working again (even though there was no way I could use it - they didn't allow it to be used for regular checkout transactions). All was fine for a month until I tried to use the app one day and found that it had been deleted. No warning, no email, nothing. They would only allow me to get my money back if I would open a new account and they would "deposit" it in a wallet in the new account. I said no because they wasted so much of my time restoring the wallet in my original account that I didn't trust them anymore. They then said they would only refund the money to the bank card that I used to fund the wallet in the first place. That card was from 2022 and would have expired no later than April 2025. I had to explain this to them multiple times before they finally sent an email in mid-March 2026 saying they would mail me a check. I provided my address but have yet to hear anything as of April 14, 2026. They keep sending me customer service surveys but I don't think they take anything I say seriously.

I have been having issues with this…

I have been having issues with this store for awhile now. Why I went back, I don't know. Today I go for coffee and the container coffee was bad and then I use their coffee maker and went to put creamer and it was bad. The counter was dirty and no supplies. So I get a soda, the owner decides to start yelling at me. He tells me to get the "f" out of the store and don't come back. Fine, but I did return because I wanted to take pictures and as I was taking picture he decided to try to take my phone from me. Then I called the cops for them to take his side even though he attacked me. So I guess it is ok for a store owner to attack someone over coffee? I didn't touch anyone. Then the cop says, I can ask them if they would like to press charges against me. I said for what for not drinking their horrible cold coffee and bad creamer. Come on.

7-Eleven, Frihedens St.: Jeg blev betjent af en medarbejder, en mand, som fremstod meget ubehøvlet og havde en hård og til tider verbalt aggressiv tone. Han udviste en tydelig og uprofessionel attitude og oplyste selv, at han var “chef”. Oplevelsen var ubehagelig og oplevedes som intimiderende. Jeg vil fremover undgå at hente pakker her og håber ikke at møde ham i andre sammenhænge.

Went in in a good mood, left pissed. Close to our hotel so unfortunately went often- I will absolutely edit this review or delete it if there is a change with the customer service

Personen bag disken

Personen bag disken d. 11/4 kl. 03.10 ca. var diskriminerende og enormt uhøflig. Han gav ikke hvad man betalte for og ville blot videre til næste kunde. Jeg syntes i burde overveje om det er ham der skal stå bag disken i Aarhus ved magasin om natten, for det er tydeligvis ikke hans spidskompetence.

Du skal ikke handle i 7 eleven, Østerport station!

Da vi ville købe en hotdog i dag, blev vi mødt med den mest uforskammede betjening. Vi bad om to franske hotdogs, men kun jeg fik en, min mand fik at vide,at de andre pølser ikke var klar, der ville nok gå en halv time - og da vi foreslog, at man måske lige havde oplyst dette, da vi afgav vores bestilling, fik vi at vide, at “det er kundens ansvar at se, om pølserne er klar” - Den havde vi ikke set komme! Vi bad naturligvis om pengene tilbage -

First time used this App

First time used this App, but they are lying, they won’t let you go through payment, and I lose my promotion discount. When I reported it to customer service, she is so funny, she said “I will sent you a link to understand what the promotion conditions”. She already tried to correct me that it’s my mistake, Terrible service,no stars.

The cashier on shift, which she doesn’t have a badge and couldn’t get her name cause she did not wanna give me her name

She was very rude and when you ask her a question about how much was something that was misplaced she said the price is over there. You can go see it if you want it.

I understand everybody deals personal issues, but when you have someone representing your business, that is not a good representation

I own my own business myself, and I will never allow any of my employees to treat a customer. They way she was treating and disrespecting people or customers.

There was customer that asked her for a bag and she grabbed the bag and throw everything in the bag for him

One of them said thank you to her. She turned around and ignore this person or Customer.

Generally speaking the cooked chicken wings

Generally speaking, I have no corals with the 7-Eleven at 72 Warrencliffe Rd., London Ontario but today I decided to buy their cooked chicken wings which were overpriced $7.05 but the chicken wings oh my Lord they must’ve been sitting in the warmer for three days. Even the meat. Chicken meat was dry and crunchy. I did take the chicken back and told the gentleman behind the counter these are terrible they’re overcooked dry and then I threw them in the garbage receptacle and just walked out of the store never again I buy chicken wings from 7-Eleven. The pizza is pretty good. I’ve had no problems with the staff there at any time they were always polite and professional.

Nægtet udlevering af bon

I 7 eleven på østerport station, nægtede ekspedienten at give mig min bon.
Jeg bad om den gentagende gange, men han nægtede pure.
Han lod som om, at han ikke vidste, hvad en bon er
Mage til ubehøvlet medsrbejder skal man lede længe efter. Det skete kl 3 om natten.

Do not expect any fuel savings

I am so over trying to buy fuel with this scamming business. I keep getting emails for extra savings at the pump which is totally worthless as when you get to the pump you can only use one or two of the four pumps because the other two will not let you enter your # to activate the savings. Last visit not even one of the pumps would let me enter my # and get any savings. I hope others realize that 7-eleven gas perks (at least in Hoquiam) are a total scam.
