Being the 7/11 was the first convenience store I remember from my childhood I was excited to stop at the new one off 301 /I26 in SC. I’m very sorry to say it was very disappointing. Bathroom was a mess, trying to check out with a large merchandising table in the way was not going to happen. No way to form a line to the register. Understaffed and what Staff was present seemed disinterested in serving guests. I just returned my items to the shelf and left.I hope it’s just opening issues.
I’ll try again next time I’m in the area.

Der er beskidt på mange Seven eleven - især på Slagelse station - nærmest gammel beskidt FUJ !!!!
Og deres cookies er så gamle - tørre så man er ved at knække tænderne

I'd give them negative numbers if I could! They have no problem taking your money and not providing the service you just paid for!!!

This has to be illegal! A cancel fee, I get. Shopper was there only a few minutes when he got incorrect items. Vienna Sausage when I asked for Tuna? How is that even close?!

I can't reach shopper in the App and no phone number available so I canceled. They 7/11 and Uber Eats charge me anyway, full price, and no groceries were delivered! How is this an acceptable practice?!

Thieves! 7/11 for this insane policy, and Uber Eats for not having my back! Thankfully, Door Dash has my back. Never using Uber Eats again! Boo!

Flabet betjening og lunken kaffe!

Kommer ind kl ca 2 om natten på 7eleven på Aarhus Banegård, den som har døgnåbent, og sætter mine tasker hvor der er stole og borde og skulle til at gå hen og skænke noget kaffe op men inden jeg når det kommer købmanden hen og spørger og jeg skal købe noget. Jeg svarer ja og spørger om det er fordi de skal til at lukke. Får så det svar at de lukker ikke. Kaffen var lunken og ikke særlig lækkert.. jeg finder et andet sted næste gang sætter mine tasker hvor der er stol og borde og skulle til at gå hen og skænke noget kaffe op men inden jeg når det kommer købmanden hen og spørger og jeg skal købe noget. Wtf you need to take $125 of my hard…

Wtf you need to take $125 of my hard earned money for a $20 fill up on gas! Because of this I can't pay my Car insurance tomorrow because you took my money and say I have to wait 2days to get it back! My insurance is due tomorrow! So is my electric bill! F you. My first time at your store! Never again will I have anything to do with you! A warning would of been nice bc other stores warn their customers unlike You!

711 in mcminnville oregon…

The man who owns mcminnville oregon 711? Really sucks. every time I go in there, he's rude and treats me like I'm not a real customer or a garbage customer because I buy lottery tickets. He'll help the person behind me and blatantly ignore me, it's got the atmosphere of a principles office. The daytime employees are just as sour as he is.

7-Eleven New Tampa near BJ's

Store owner is very rude and thinks people are stealing.He harasses you if you don't purchase anything as if you were.I said it was because it was expensive and got in to a huge argument with him. He insulted me about my disabilities. I just had back surgery not too long ago and another procedure yesterday so I can barely walk.

Air..

Not much of a place to go too. Place always smells like a tolit. The attendants are most of the time rude and I can deal with all that but here's the thing that is making no longer go to a 7 11. They charge 2 to 2.50 for air!!! For AIR!! One of the things on this plants that is in complete abundance..AIR!! Will be taking my business to on cue or quick trip for now on.. very 😔 ppl

I am 57 years old, I am perfectly happy showing my ID, but to scan it is unacceptable. I will never purchase anything from 7--11 until that policy changes.

Fortalt den tøs som står bag disken at deres filter kaffe et tis lunken altså kold og ikke en kop kaffe som de kan sælge.
Da det bliver min tur stille jeg den kolde kop kaffe på disken og siger værsgo, tøsen bag disken taster kaffen ind, jeg siger at den vil jeg altså ikke betale for, hun bliver modbydelige og siger at jeg jo stillede den på disken og rakte den til hende.
Ja. Det gjorde jeg hvor ville du ellers have at jeg skulle stille den.
Hun blev meget ubehagelig og sagde at det gjorde jeg også, da jeg sagde at jeg ikke ville betale for den.
Jeg spørger om hun ved hvad kundeservice er, hun siger ja og om jeg gør, jeg må oplyse hende om at det altså ikke er mig som står bag disken, men hende.
Jeg smiler til hende hele vejen igennem, men hun var bare modbydelige hele vejen igennem.

Jeg tænker at der må være stor mangel på arbejdskraft og derfor har ansat hende.
Hun er modbydelige, ved ikke hvad kundeservice er og stiller sig op og vil diskutere med kunderne.
Selvom jeg var glad, smilende og Høflig.
Er dybt rystet over sådan en lille modbydelige mokke.

Har handlet meget i 7 eleven på Køge station der tit og hdr selv arbejdet der, så ved bestemte godt hvad kundeservice er.
Håber chefen vil gøre noget ved dette.

Do not load prepaid cards on 17th street nw Dc

Do not, I repeat do not load your prepaid card at 711 the cashier lied to me and told me my card did not wrk which I called later to find out he lied. anyway the cashier told me that I had purchase a prepaid card , I did. And gave him money to load it, well the card was activated but no money
Greendot said the prepaid card was registered by another name and the card was used, it takes me 10 minutes to walk from 711 to home. At the card only touched my hand and his. I recieved no support so I have a lawyer now
Do not trust loading cards at the 711 in Dc on 17th street northwest

It was the first time I attempted…

It was the first time I attempted redeeming points unfortunately was a horrible experience due to the lack of knowledge of the employees and the manager. The employee redeemed my points losing 6,000 because they weren't sure how to use the app. When I ask for the manager I was told we don't know how many points you came in here with, when somebody says something like that it's the same thing as calling you a liar
It could have been handled appropriately with good customer service and not trying to blame the customer for the employees errors and lack of knowledge
Overall it was taken care of by the 800 number provided. They just need to learn how to speak to their customers with respect and an attitude of wanting to be helpful instead of calling you a liar.

Hej, jeg benyttede mig af 7-eleven i gammel strand og jeg oplevede en unødvendig attitude og et flabet personale. Dårlig kunde service.
