I sent an email yesterday afternoon requesting AAFMAA update my account with the new information I provided them.

Email response this mid- morning from Megan Penry. Request addressed.

Saved me from making a big mistake

AFMA (Megan) called me to ask if I wanted my original documents returned to me, because AFMA has digitized them and no longer needs them. Upon learning that I did want them back, she arranged for them to be shipped to me via FedEx. Her conversation was clear, concise, unrushed, professional, friendly and respectful. The documents arrived in 3 days in perfect condition.

Much quicker than my State's Vital Records section that would have cost $12 and an in-person visit. Great service. Good people.
