Oak staircase
We recently had a beautiful oak staircase fitted , we were promised a fantastic job by Ray & we got exactly what he said .it was fitted by Ellis & Jake who were extremely professional & very hard working, they never stopped, we can highly recommended this firm for anyone thinking of having a new staircase, they were professional, exceptional value for money & customer service was excellent many thanks for all the team from Steve & Wendy doherty

Amazing staircase renovation…
Just finished our staircase renovation and the result is amazing - what a change it’s made from a dreary old fashioned creaky staircase, to modern oak with complimentary black iron spindles - and no creaking steps - an amazing transformation.
Abbott & Wade have been fantastic to deal with - from our first sales visit, our site survey, coordinating our installation and the fit itself…..their install team were on site for a week and I can’t say enough positive things about them - Incredibly courteous, worked non-stop each day but their skill and attention to detail has been amazing….so happy with the result.

Great experience from start to finish
Very professional and friendly team of installers. Although it was only a simple job of putting in risers and treads, I am really pleased with the quality and workmanship. The attention to detail by the installation team was impressive. And only took them half a day to complete.
The whole process from initial call to completion of the job was well managed and expedient - installed within 10 days of placing the order. Well done, Abbott-Wade team.

Delighted with our Unique Abbott Wade staircase
We wanted something that Abbott Wade hadn’t done before, a combination of ideas we’d seen on the web, plus some thoughts of our own. We worked carefully with AW designers Emma and Les and could not be more pleased with the end result. We had a couple of hiccups along the way due to the ‘we’ve never done this style before’ challenge but these were dealt with perfectly by AW. Whilst the price tag seems pretty huge it really makes our reworked galleried atrium entrance hallway and others wanted way more for less bespoke solution. Could not recommend AW more highly!

Oak and glass staircase refurbishment
We are delighted with our staircase refurbishment by Abbott Wade. The team has been friendly and professional from the initial enquiry, visit and quotation, through to the survey and staircase installation. The adviser Emma showed us the product options, and explained the end to end process. Our fitters Tom and Henry did a really good job to remove our existing balustrades and newel posts and replace them with oak newels, oak risers and inset glass balustrades. The product is top quality and is priced better than Abbott Wade’s competitors.

We are delighted with our new glass panels on our staircase and the oak bannister! The whole process was carried out with professionalism and attention to detail, a very smooth and easy project from start to finish!
James came to our home and offered sound advice to help us choose a suitable combination for our project, Les came to measure up- no problem at all. Then Lee and John carried out a first class job fitting the wood and glass and tidied up everything- even brushing the drive!
We have no hesitation in recommending Abbott Wade to friends and family! We are delighted!
