The service from start to finish was outstanding. Roland was excellent with consistent communication throughout. He explained all the different options with patients and professionalism, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The final product looks fantastic. We are delighted and would not hesitate to recommend Neville Johnson to others.

This was an oak staircase replacing the original stairs in an old, rural Welsh cottage, and leading up from the dining room. The oak wood matches our oak dining table and chairs very well indeed and is beautifully made.
From initial interest shown, NevilleJohnson were professional, attentive and all requests were promptly and most pleasantly dealt with. I was kept informed of each stage in the ordering and preparation etc.
The installation was completed in just over a day.
Chris and Alex, father and son! worked extremely hard and quietly, with minimal disruption - I can't fault them. Any small areas which needed making good later were very minimal.
My greatest concern was keeping my cat happy, shut in another room all day!
So I am very pleased with the staircase and would recommend this company for a quality installation experience.

Roland was very friendly and courteous, guided me through the various options, and answered any subsequent queries promptly, even in the evenings and at weekends. When I requested a slight modification to the installation, he responded quickly and ensured it was carried out. A very professional service from start to finish.

I had.issues with the balustrade on my staircase and contacted Neville Johnson for suggestions. Roland Baldwin immediately responded and as a result of his visit a solution was found. My staircase renovation was completed today by the lovely fitter John whose work was excellent. The quality of the work from design to fit was superb. Everyone I came into contact with was polite and professional. I am delighted with the result.

So happy with my staircase refurbishment, Phil who came out to give me a price was great, not pushy. The whole experience has been excellent. It's not cheap but it was worth every penny. I'm thrilled to bits with it and would highly recommend.

From start to the installation they were very helpful to all the questions we asked. Nothing was any trouble and was handled fast and efficiently. The installation went very well as we have a narrow and complected staircase that challenged the surveyor and the installers. The quality of the wardrobe Neville Johnson have made me is astonishing. I am delighted with it. Their staff are extremely communicative, the design and install process was seamless. I cannot recommend them enough!

The quality of the fitted units is superb, and the fitter was very careful in the process, not only with the units themselves but also with our property, balcony, and flooring.

My wife and I had multiple units built along one of the walls of our main living space - separated by a fire alcove.
Our first impression was that the units were overpriced - but now the process is complete - the outstanding appearance and quality of the units has tempered this opinion.
The designer visited our house several times and worked closely with my wife to achieve the ultimate design. This was followed by a visit by a surveyor who established that what we wanted would fit the space perfectly.
We had one minor hiccup when the materials arrived and the installer followed soon after - surprising us by stating the install would take four days (we had been advised by NJ that it would take two days)
The installer Dan actually built the majority of the units in situ and we can’t sing his praises highly enough. He was friendly, industrious, professional and skilled to an exceptional degree.
In conclusion, we are absolutely over the moon with the finished product. No project of this size can be flawless, but they didn’t detract from the quality and overall appearance of the end result.
We can highly recommend N J to anyone considering using them.

I had some bedroom units fitted. Neville Johnson are very helpful and professional. They made suggestions to make my idea possible within my budget. They were fitted in 1/2 a day and there was no mess. The fitter was very good and friendly and very tidy. I have had Neville Johnson before so trust them to do a good job.

We had our old staircase replaced by Neville Johnson. The whole process to get a new oak and glass staircase from advise on the process and options, design, survey, drawings and the actual installation was very straightforward. Everyone we met from Neville Johnson was very professional, could offer advice and answer our questions. The installation took four days. The fitter did an excellent job, was very neat and tidy and supportive of our needs so there was very little disruption considering it was such a major refit. We are delighted with the new staircase and can highly recommend Neville Johnson.

Everything was like clockwork. ..from the initial choices and offers ....to the very intricate measurements carried out .....to an adjustment that was requested.....all preparation was flawless ....the day that it was fitted the fitter arrived at 7.30 am ... ready to receive my pieces of made to measure staircase. My fitter worked tirelessly....all day ... And it was around 6.30 pm when it was finished ... only then did I realize that he had a large wrapping around his thumb which had happened in the afternoon....he never mentioned it or asked for a plaster...just carried on ....the finished project is amazing..friends and family cannot believe that it has transformed my hall and stairs making it very attractive.... would recommend them without hesitation.........

Stair renovation completed by Lee Boswell. Very professional guy, knew the job inside and out, easy to get on with. Weather was wet & cold for him cutting outside, and he did a fantastic job. Really pleased with the result. Even brought treats for our two dogs.
French polisher not due till 12th March which is slowing our project up.

Had our stair renovation done by Lee Boswell. Lee is a lovely guy, very professional, polite, approachable and communicative. I would have Lee do all the joinery work in our home, thank you Lee.
The down side is that the stair was completed in 23rd January but the polisher is not coming until 11th March, disappointing scheduling by Neville Johnson.

The design, planning and fit experience were exceptional. I am even happier with the quality and workmanship involved than expected. The design phase was relaxed and the designed listened to my needs and offered options and examples. The fit phase was second to none it terms of quality, time and cleanliness during and after. Overall a very happy customer.
