Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we’re sorry to hear your experience wasn’t as smooth as it should have been.After reviewing your order, we can see it was placed on 22nd September and included three items: a towel ring (in stock), a towel hook (special order), and a towel rack (to be ordered). The towel hook was a special-order item with an estimated lead time of 2–3 weeks, which was confirmed to you by email the same day.Your order was part-shipped so you could receive the in-stock item (the towel ring) without delay, and the other times were shipped on the 6th October and 14th October.We completely understand how frustrating it can be when items arrive separately, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We hope you're enjoying the items now that they have all arrived.

Product received on the agreed date.
The item is great as per descriptions.
Only downside is that the delivery does not include the bringing into the house of the item. I would have happily paid extra for the service.

Fantastic service and customer care. We telephoned for some advice before placing an online order. We were given the precise information required to decide on our purchase and were advised the item was in stock. We placed the online order and we received it by courier the following day.

Easy ordering process
Easy ordering process. Item arrived in good time and well packaged. I took one star off due to delivery information. Although I was emailed that item had been dispatched I needed to download an app to find out more details such as tracking and date of delivery. I did not feel comfortable in downloading this particular app so just had to hope I was in to accept delivery.
