I had a radiator that sprung a leak. New one fitted within quoted timescales and at cost quoted. Will definitely use these guys again

Saved the Office!
We had no heating in the office and staff complaining. Quick call to Matt and he went above and beyond as always. Replacement boiler part fitted within an hour of the call. Great service and great price as always.

Excellent!
Able were excellent. They managed to fit us in after we had been let down elsewhere and the service was prompt and efficient. Brilliant customer service and they went and above and beyond to make sure we had heating and hot water. Highly recommend!

Great Company - Trusted and Reliable
Great Company - We ended up calling Able after the debacle with the besttechnicians scam artists (see review) after needing a fix for a burst pipe. Able came out twice, first to make an assessment and consultation for the work, (we needed some drainage work initially from the equally excellent ScotDrain), then they came back out to fix the solution the same day within the hour. The first diagnosis was free and no call out charge was billed. The second repair was around £191 with a fully itemised invoice and repair. The customer service team are incredibly helpful on the phone and the plumber was also friendly and professional. I would recommend Able for any plumbing work required. Thanks again!

My old boiler had finally died
My old boiler had finally died, my neighbour recommended Able who had replaced theirs 6 months before.
I’m so happy with my new boiler!
The engineers were great, friendly and tidy.
I will use them again in the future.
