Abode Sofas Avis 

Thanks for our lovely Chesterfield sofa, we love it. We were a but uncertain about buying on line without viewing, but we are pleased that we did. Customer service is great, the sales team helped with our choice and were great at arranging a delivery slot. Delivery was free, and made by a couple of great guys, who unwrapped it and placed it in position.
The finish of the sofa is fantastic, the leather is of high quality, along with the build and finishing details. We would not hesitate in buying from Abode in the future.

Great customer service from josh, answered any questions and queries promptly on email! The delivery was quicker than most other companies and the delivery guys were polite, bought everything in (even took their shoes off!) and helped us position the furniture where we needed it. So pleased with my sofa, arm chair and footstool and would reccomend Abode to everyone.

Old style website, but it works. Good choice of colors. I eventually chose Navy and despite it being Christmas had it delivered within a week. Fabulous service and great product

Very happy with all aspects. The emails exchanged beforehand were very precise.The work was done to specification and early than expected which was great. Delivered on the day and love the sofa!

I have bought 3 patchwork sofas from Adobe Sofas and they are simply gorgeous! Quality is perfect and all the family / friends love them. And thanks to Josh who very responsive and nice!

This should be nil stars really but don't have that option.

I was really excited to discover this company. I loved the look of their designs, what they had to offer and the fact that they were a British company.

My experience with them was very very disappointing. I was hoping to order a custom sofa so spoke to them over the phone about my requirements and then followed this up with an email requesting a quote. I also ordered some samples with the intent of ordering my sofa as soon as I got the quote, I was so confident I would be using them.

How wrong I was. I still haven't got the quote months after requesting. I did ring on a couple of occasion to follow up and accepted they could be busy etc. However, it wasn't the not getting the quote that was bad, it was the blatant dishonesty eg "I was just about to phone you" ( I hadn't given my number in the email) and the second occasion "I am just dealing with it now" ....Why lie? My samples also turned up 2 weeks after they said it would be with me.

I have since read other reviews on this company via Google and it seems customers who have had a good experience are the exception rather than the norm. I would honestly have liked to be writing a glowing review but feel very let down my this company's attitude to what would have been a new customer and the potential for more orders.

I have since found another company who were much more professional in their approach. They replied promptly to emails, were on the phone to talk me through any issues etc. Just the kind of excellent service I expected and can't wait for my custom furniture items to arrive. Abode on the other hand, poor customer service, very very poor communication and liberal with the truth.

The armchair I bought is truly beautiful with high quality materials and perfect lines. The after sale service was impressive, Josh made sure the delivery went smoothly, on the date I was available.
I can't recommend them enough and I will look forward to buy again from this excellent company.
