Purchased a shed from abwood was told to get it on blocks so purchased 15 blocks left the blocks were the shed was to be made guys told my wife the shed is fine on the concrete base no need for the blocks now every time it rains floor and walls are sucking up water from the ground 3k for a shed that won't last two winters shocking and they won't fix there mistake and put it on blocks if your looking for a shed a would highly recommend you to take your money and time somewhere else

I personally wouldnt touch this company with a barge poll. I purchased a log cabin off them a few years back.After a few years the roof had to be replaced.I organised with them to replace the roof with an aluminium alternative.The facia boards were meant to be replaced at the same time.I was on holiday at the time that the work was carried out. When i returned home it was apparent that the facia boards had not been replaced.I contacted them to inform them that the facia boards, contrary to our agreement had not been replaced.After a lot of to and frothing they agreed to come out to replace the boards.To cut a long story shorter, they never came out.The versnda then began rotting, to the point that it could mot be walked on.I contacted them to have them come out to replace the veranda.It took them 3 months to come out for me to be told they couldn't replace it.I phoned a decking company who came out the following week to quote me.The following week the decking company came out and carried out the work…Despite abwood telling me the veranda could not be replaced… If you want to pay over the odds and dont mind there being absolutely 0 after sales service then go ahead and use abwood. If not then find someone else to deal with

The Team were very attentive and meet all our needs, they were extremely helpful and provided an amazing experience. The timelines they set were all met. It was basically a brilliant experience and I'd highly recommended them.

I have used this company over the years for replacement of fence posts, fence panels, back gate replacement and, most recently, a new wooden pagoda. Every job has been completed to a high standard and I have no complaints with the customer service I have received either. They might be slightly more expensive than other places but that's a small price to pay to be sure of a reliable and trustworthy job. Would recommend thoroughly

I called into Abwood on Friday afternoon just to see different fencing options as I needed to replace all my back fence panels. I met Marc in the office and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I bought all the posts and wood required and was very happy with the price. Wood was delivered the very next morning. I spent the day making my fence. I followed Marc's advice on how to measure up and construction. I am absolutely delighted with how it turned out. 5 star 🌟 service at Abwood. Thank you Marc.

We just had an 8x6 'The Cabin' installed by Abwood. The process of placing our order was seamless, and Dan advised us well on all matters concerning the best product, finish, etc. Delivery was sooner than initially promised, and erection, which was under difficult access conditions, was completed successfully in what we felt was record time. The two gentlemen who installed the unit were efficient, helpful, and polite. We would not hesitate to recommend Abwood.

We had an expensive composite deck installed by Abwood in 2019 and within a year we had problems with it. Due to Covid we were unable to contact the company until the summer of 2022 and after numerous calls eventually a representative called out to inspect same. A fitter then called and appeared to have fixed the issue however in 2023 the deck became unusable due to buckled boards and gaps appearing between them which meant they were off the joices and falling below safe walking surface in addition to significant water pooling on the boards. Despite numerous calls and email we didn't even get a response. We have now had to have it fully lifted and replaced by another firm. We don't write critical reviews lightly but ensure you are getting a warranty with this company for all work undertaken.

Abwood sheds are definitely one of the best Though most expensive. However the people installing it wouldn't listen to where I wanted it. We've a small garden so this was important. I had the tree's and hedging cut back so it would fit into a certain space.
