Very good customer service-everything was explained very well -I would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends-only one thing I still haven’t received refund yet

The initial induction was very poor
The initial induction was poor. I expected 24hr access as advertised on the website and on notice boards walking around the site.
I therefore couldn’t unload the van on day 1 and had to keep it an extra day with associated costs. On day 2 was informed out of hours access needed to be authorised in advance by Head Office for any given day required. While I get the rational behind the policy, it needs to change.

Your comments will be reviewed, we hope you can understand our reasons for not allowing access to all customers on a 24hour basis due to security risks. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even offered me pizza whilst we were moving our items in :-)
