Great communication from start to…
Looked at the car online spoke to Milli who was a real pleasure to deal with, she went out of her way to send over a video of the car as I was over an hour way, she emailed it over that day. Great communication from start to finish

We were allowed to look around available cars without as sales agent jumping straight on us to allow us to view all options with no pressure. Once we wanted to speak to a sales agent process wa really slick, no hard sell and we choose what extras we wanted . A pleasant change for other companies. Competative price offered for trade in

Efficient Service
I went into the showroom and met Julie Pilling. She arranged a test drive, the paperwork with DVLA for change of registration and road tax and answered my many questions. I found the whole experience pleasant, informative (as it is the first time I’ve had a car with computerised information systems!) with no pressure applied and a nice cup of coffee.

Dropped my Kia shortage of for mot they was all friendly and had a lift of a man who was going to fetch another car. They phoned me on the afternoon everything was fine and washed my car as well. The staff was all friendly.

Can only recommend Acorn Kia in Crewe, and Holly who did an amazing job
I just wanted to write a review following a really positive experience with Acorn Motor Group Kia in Crewe Cheshire. We found the dealer - and specifically Holly Quigley, their Sales Representative - refreshingly helpful, honest, and transparent from start to finish.
We are so far delighted with the car and for how Acorn and Holly were so forthcoming in sharing all aspects of its history and putting it through a fresh service, mechanical check, and MOT including a valet, new tyres, brakes, and more.
Early days of course, but our experience of other motor dealerships before we met Acorn, was less than stellar and so we felt quite lucky to have found such a principled and professional organisation in the motor trade.
