Activia Training offers a large range of both Desktop IT and Business Skills courses. Instructor led classes are arranged at our many centres, or can be delivered onsite at your own. Bespoke options are available for many of the courses offered. For key subjects, online versions are available, and in some cases, when instructor led classes are purchased, you get a free online version too. Many of the more popular courses are also accredited by the CPD, so you can earn points as you learn, for both classroom and e-learning options.

Trainer Dr Katerina was excellent
Trainer Dr Katerina was excellent. She covered everything very well and gave us various examples to help us understand in depth about different phone call situations and how to handle them effectively. The course was very informative and thorough. I enjoyed it very much and found it very useful.

I took the Sales Skills
I took the Sales Skills: Essential Selling Skills Course and Jermaine Smith was my trainer - he was fantastic. He immediately put me at ease. He had incredible knowledge was a very happy person and was easy to talk too. I learned a lot from the course and would recommend it to others.
I very enjoyable, beneficial day.

Tutor was excellent
Tutor was excellent, and my training objectives were fully realised. However, Bristol training room was rubbish (felt like we were locked away like prisoners). this was compensated by the wonderful trainer who kenw his onions very well and was professionally friendly. Would have been 5-Star but for the training room.

Good Course
Course and content were very good. The trainer was excellent and knew her subject.
Venue let it down a bit , no lunch provided and the cafe in the main reception was shut.
