Hmmm well, the customer service is nonexistent unfortunately. Was having issues with the signing up for a discount (on my two emails and then my partners too??) so tried contacting, no answer. Finally got a code on my partner’s second email, by which time, most of the items on sale/that I’d chosen were gone… nevermind, I’d choose different ones… found that A+A sent out emails to third parties and started getting emails from other companies.
Received a receipt with a refund for one of the items, no apology or any kind of word (rude imo)
And they ship to UK but not NI? What? Very silly… so our items are waiting in Wales with the in-laws house currently, meanwhile I can’t wash the items which I’d very much like to do and prep… it’s going to take quite a lot to turn my review of the experience.
P.S, order wasn’t a small one, it was over £250 before the 10% discount.
Customer service is extremely poor - Avoid!
Absolutely shocking customer service. I purchased 2 Halo sleepsack sleeping bags in size 0-6m (1 in grey, 1 in jungle print) and when I received them the grey suit was clearly faulty. The grey was much shorter than the jungle, both labels indicates up to size 51-69cm and the grey suit is measuring in at 55cm.
It barely fit my (preterm 5 weeks early) 2.5 month old at the time of purchase.
I sent my first email to customer service on 21 December 2024 with multiple photos of the items and they asked me to return the item on 23 December 2024 so they could proceed with a refund, with a note in the package, at my own cost! I asked for a prepaid return label later that day, as why should I have to pay for postage for a faulty item.
I received no response so I chased on 26 December 24, which I was told “I did forward this to sales before Xmas Eve and am still waiting for a response. Unfortunately no one else is in this week so it may not get picked up until Monday.”
Since then I’ve chased 3 more times (30 Dec 2024, 2 Jan 2025, 6 Jan 2025) and finally again today (9 Jan 2025) with no further updates.
What a useless customer service. I’ve since bought 2 sleeping bags from John Lewis (as with a newborn you definitely need more than 1 on rotation) - which has been excellent.
I do not recommend ordering from this website and will be avoiding in the future, which is a shame because their products are really nice. Instead, if I do want to purchase their products I’ll be buying them off a third party website.

What a shame
What a shame, ordered some sleeping bags for my daughter and still waiting for them after two weeks. As they said it has been delivered, I have ask for proof of delivery and I got nothing. I want a refund!

Beautifully soft - perfect for newborns
I recently ordered some swaddles, and I am so pleased with them. The fabric is so beautiful and silky soft, perfect for newborn skin. I cannot recommend them enough and wouldn't buy from anywhere else now.

The playmat looks lovely and my daughter seems to really like it but the quality is not as good as I'd expect for the price. The playmat arrived with lots of pulls and tears in the fabric and I can imagine these will only increase with use, its a shame.
I love the new Muslin swaddles that I’ve bought for my first granddaughter! Such lovely design, colours and quality!!
